Je pensais au début que c’était une erreur de leur part. Ils ont refusés de terminer l’alignement. Ils auraient du me dire qu’ils n’ont pas pu compléter le travail la première fois. J’ai perdu 90$, deux pneus d’hiver arrière, et j’aurais très bien pu faire un accident.

Girlfriend heard a rubbing noise at slow speeds. She brought her car in and they said the sound was caused by the brakes. They charged 500 dollars to change pads and rotors on the back. Got the car back and the exact same sound was there just as loud. Disappointed that they confirmed the source of the sound and then said they fixed it. It would have been much better if they had have said "We're not sure what the sound is, but it looks like your rear brakes need to be changed." That way the customer could make a more informed decision.

Ridiculously-expensive prices! i would give them 0 stars if i could. 392$++ to install a flex pipe, as if it is going to be the gold-plated version. had the job done today for 172$. they think that their clientele don't know much. they charge 30$++ for giving you an estimate. they probably make more money charging people for estimates, than doing jobs. my advise is to look somewhere else, if you really value your money, or at the very least, ask around for prices/estimates before you go and get anything done at this place at 570 St-Joseph. i hope this helps someone.

CROOKS!!! Tried to charge me 750$ for a 150$ job Today i took my 06 civic for a small radiator leak which i had already inspected and knew it was at the bottom of the radiatior. I walk in and there was this grumpy guy at the front, he would laugh and smile with others but as soon as he would talk to me he would be serious face n grumpy (maybe its coz i speak english or maybe coz of my immigrant background i dunno) They took my car to the back n i saw couple kids trynna find the leak from top of the engine with their torch lights. I patiently watched didn't wanna say anything coz it would be rude. Ten minutes later i finally told the guy that the leaks at the bottom you need to life up the car you cant see it from top, so finally they lift it up. Now again they didn't open the plastic cover protector at the bottom and they were pulling it down and looking in from tiny space with their torch lights. I told them you need to open the cover to see properly. Anyhow they finally find the leak and show it to me. Now i was waiting for them to give me an estimate of how much itll cost to repair. Ten minutes later the grumpy guy comes to me with a paper on a clip board and ask me to sign the paper, im like what is this so he explains that itll cost me 750 to replace the radiatior and if anything else they break during the process there could be extras since it's a 13 year old car. I told him you need to ask me if i want to do it or not you cant just ask me to sign i was only waiting for the estimate. So after all this they wanted to charge me 70$$ for nothing coz it took them so much time to find the leak where in reality they were just playing around and waisting time. It wouldve taken me maybe 5 minutes to do all that work. Lesson learned!! Don't go in here and if you do please ask them the cost of inspection before handing them your keys or you'll be surprised with end $$$

Garbage Edited* Hello, I'm contacting you because you requested more information. I usually handle fixing my 2003 Rav4 on my own, I'll visit the garage and request the work. This time I was too busy and asked my girlfriend to go for me. I have an exhaust leak between my downpipe and my catalytic converter. Simple fix, change the exhaust donut, new hardware. MAYBE two new flanges may be required.. (Which was my 2minute assessment) The entire exhaust system is rust free except the connections, it's typical, it's a toyota. My girlfriend was told the ENTIRE system needed to be changed, that there were SEVERAL issues. It would cost 1700$ + tax The technician wouldn't touch it unless the entire system was changed. THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE SYSTEM, in fact I had another garage do an inspection. Exhaust hangers: in pristine condition Catalytic converter: Rust free except for the flange Down Pipe: Rust free except for the flange Your staff tried to ROB ME of my money, no other REAL technician would have quoted my girlfriend this much for such little work. I'd gladly take pictures of the exhaust system, show you the only rust issues are at the connections and that the repairs were done and nothing is leaking.. My repair cost me a total of 75$.. And just for fun, I called two local parts store and inquired about an entire exhaust system for my 2003 Toyota Rav-4 It would have cost me under 800$ for the entire system.. I wonder if I would have received the same treatment, being that I am a man with a mechanical background? I look forward hearing back from you, my uncle had a similar experience with your garage and his restored Ford EconoLine, your shop wouldn't even touch it.. He was looking for an entire new exhaust system. They said they would not do any work, For fear that it's too old?? They didn't even look underneath the car.. not ONCE....

This customer was impressed! A kind and honest business, rare in today's world. These are the sort of people I want to do business with. Great customer service! I went to Monsieur Muffler as a new client for a muffler repair. While waiting, a car was towed in. Danny, the service tech, informed that customer it was likely the transmission and quoted the expected $2000.00+cost for a used one. The customer was not expecting that. Danny then asked the customer to let him do some checking into it. Afterwards, Danny informed the customer that there was an extended 10 warranty from Nissan that would expire in August 2020 that applied. A hidden warranty that covered his car! Delighted with the news, the car was towed to the dealership for the repairs at Nissan's expense, to that customer's relief. I was happy to see such good business practices. I feel like I am in good hands with my car repairs at Monsieur Muffler.????

I'm surprised by these bad reviews. Rhis was my first visit. I thought i needed a new muffler so i dropped my car off. They were able to give me a next day appt. Turns out I needed a new pipe. They got it fixed, didn't try to upsell or overcharge and, according to my former mechanic husband, got a great price. Car runs great and the counter service was very friendly. 100% would go back!
