I have been doing business with them for about 3 years now. They've never been shy about charging higher rates than their competitors, but I thought they were honest. This last visit has ensured that I will never return as they flat out lied to me. I took my van in to have the tires and the oil changed. I also asked them to reposition a plastic fog lamp cover on the lower front bumper that had been un-clipped thanks to a snow bank over the winter. When I got there, the cover had not been repositioned and when I asked about it, they told me that it was broken and that I would have to get a new part. Well this weekend, I reached up behind the bumper myself and was able to clip the three attach points that had popped out. No damage, nothing broken. THEY LIED TO MY FACE, TWICE. Never again.

I dealt with Roger who was really kind and knowledge. Unfortunately he charged us almost 50% above his estimate for my timing belt change. The overruns were not unforeseeable so he could have given us a heads up. This screwed us over because had I known it would cost this much more, I would have scrapped the car and opted for a new one altogether. The work is fine (so far so good), but they need to do a much better job managing customer expectations.

Went in in the morning to fix a leak in my michelin lattitude tire. Turned out it was not repairable and had to replaced due to sidewall damage. They put on my spare tire temporarily so I could drive to work and come back at noon. I returned at noon and the tire was already mounted onto my rim. Just a standard procedure tire installation. The problem occurred when they try to put back my undermount spare tire. Somehow they were unable to wind the spare back up. It was fully functional before... they must have damaged the thread when removing the spare. They of course did not take responsibility for that and blamed the condition of my truck. Upon backing my truck out of the garage, the guy scrapes my rim on the side of the lift. When I told him, he defends himself by showing me how damaged my rims are despite of his actions. That is besides the point... He said he will fix the portion that he damaged when I come back in the fall to change to my winter set. Very unsatisfied with my experience there today.

I’ve been coming here for a couple of years, when the place was called Ontario Tires. They have remodeled their waiting area. I mainly deal with Denis, who always seems to remember the history of my car. He always looks into solutions and is fair in his pricing. One time I had asked to clean the 4 disc, and he only charged me for two as the other ones didn’t need maintenance. That’s why I trust them.

I’ve been going here for my tire and oil changes for just over two years and have zero complaints! The staff is professional, and the waiting room is spacious, which allows me to bring my laptop and work while I wait. During a recent oil change, I had them do an inspection to see if there was anything that might need repair. They wrote the two repairs that need to be done on the receipt, and the service manager explained them to me, without putting any pressure to spend a lot of money right there on the spot. This is the type of service I appreciate and will keep me coming back
