Having an appointment does not mean anything to them. You can have an appointment from more than a week . Come the day of the appointment and they tell you sorry.... them they ask you to wait 2 hours to give you your tires..... dont come here .. stay away

Was told by another tire store I needed new brakes. Sounded very suspicious to me so I took it to Canada Tire and had them check. They told me how much time I had left on my brakes, which was plenty. I will only ever go here anymore for tires and everything else related to my car. Great staff really friendly, knowledgeable.

I asked for special attention wheel balancing... The staff is knowledgeable on particular about safety. The wheels were washed, psi checked, balanced meticulously and road force tested on a hunter 9700. All bolts and wheel bearings inspected and air cleaned to perfection. Good stuff!

Decent price and efficient.. However after getting a tire fixed.. It happened again. Awesome they said they'd take a look at it again and then second time they found a nail.. A few days later I now get a tire pressure sensor failure.. Hmm coincidence? None the less.. As mentioned. Decent price decent service but I would shop around again the next time.

It wasn't the absolute worst experience, however, my appointment was at 3 but I only got my car back at 7. This was to put two sets of tires on rims. I paid a fairly good price for it so I'm not complaining about it. And to be fair, I did go on one of the busiest days of the year. While I was waiting for my car, I was watching them to change the tires on an audi. One of the workers was trying to get a tire off by slamming another tire into the mounted wheel. Not only is this extremely dangerous but very unprofessional.

Made me wait over 10 hours to change my tires after a week prior scheduled appointment. Told me to come in by the phone, once I got there said it’d be another hour+. On top of everything, not very nice about it alongside rude comments. Don’t waste your time or $$$!

1) Conveniently located (for me). 2) Like most shops, they charge more for mag wheels. I have steel wheels. Every time I went (4x) I had to get a price adjustment because they charged me for mags. 3) Took my car to a different garage for full service and check-up a week after tire change here. They chewed me out for over-inflating my tires to more than 40 psi when the correct inflation is 35 & 33. It wasn’t me! Car drove a lot more smoothly after the pressure was corrected!

After discussion, the agent at the reception told me that it is the warranty will pay for everything, except the oil change, at the end of the repair, they call me to tell me to come and pick up the car, paying an invoice for $ 415. Lousy customer service and trial-and-error mechanical service. I do not recommend this garage, you risk having the worst adventure that I have known. (Original) C'est le garage le plus incompétent et malhonnête, que je n'ai jamais trouvé au canada. Je viens avec mon auto, on la répare, 2 jours après la panne s'est empirée, je retournes au garage, on me dit c'est la batterie, il faut payer pour le contrôle, j' achète la batterie neuve, toujours la panne persiste. Et après on te fait savoir la 1 ère panne n'était bien pas repérée, il faut encore payer. Et pourtant, il y a une garantie avec la compagnie garantie nationale. Après discussion, l'agent à la réception me dit que c'est la garantie va tout payer, sauf le changement d'huile, à la fin de la réparation, on m'appelle pour me dire de venir récupérer la voiture, en payant une facture de 415$. Un service clientèle nul et service mécanique de tâtonnement. Je ne recommande pas ce garage, vous risquez de connaitre le pire aventure que j'ai connu.

Terrible service. TL;DR 1. Charged for service not requested. 2. Didn’t tighten lug nuts, which can cause severe damage. Long story version: I saw all these five star reviews here so I went to change my winter tire at Canada Tire Decarie two weeks ago. After they finished their job, I noticed the bill was higher than my usual tire changing bill and found out they charged me for balancing and nitrogen. But neither the staff asked if I needed those service when I made the appointment or when I dropped my key. Since they already performed the service, I paid the bill anyways. But yesterday when I was driving, my front left tire made large noises. After consulting some friends, I checked the lug nuts. Guess what, three lug nuts were not tightened at all! I changed to winter tires to make winter drive safer, but terrible service puts me into an even more dangerous situation. They performed the service I didn’t need, but they didn’t provide me the only thing I asked for. I do not recommend this shop to anyone and will never go back again.

Not good for tire changes anymore unless you are retired and have lots of free time -- they don't take appointments, and you have to make the line 1h+ before the opening time to have a chance for a spot. They were already more expensive for services but at least they were good and convenient. Now it's just too complicated to go there anymore for people that works and travel. Just make a reservation elsewhere and save you the trouble

Service was friendly efficient as far as what I was having done is concerned (tire change & oil change), however I’m totally annoyed with the condition in which they returned the car. It’s the 2md time this has happened. First time I didn’t say anything. This time I tried and I was blown off. I won’t be returning here any time soon.
