Overpriced. Wanted to charge 418$ for one tire when it costs 185$ at Costco for the same exact one and installed. That was a Bridgestone tire 18 inches. Even cheaper shipped from US. Look online before buying anywhere, specially there and Bervely.

They don't even know what is hand brake light. They kept telling me that there is brake light on after changing tires which was not there at all. While i was asking them how it could be and why did they not show it me before getting my car inside garage, one guy came into office area, he was very unprofessional, very rude and very loud to me and said how are you going to pay your bill. Indirectly, he was saying that pay your bill and leave. I never had this kind of bad customer experience before, will not recommend to anyone.

Called at 1pm, they had space at 3pm, tires put on rims and then onto the car, I picked it back up at 4pm. Looks amazing. Very fair price, super great service.

First time coming to this place for a tire change and was not a good experience. Even with the appointment booked well in advance and no other appointments booked for the same time slot it took them 3 hours to change the tires.

I don't normally leave reviews but this is the 3rd or 4th time I deal with this business and every time I leave impressed with the service. When you call, it sounds like they want your business (getting rare nowadays). Then when you get there they are polite, courteous, professional and prices are more than fair. They also provide services in French or English, which is nice. Good people, highly recommend.

I had a flat tire so I took my car to a different store. Their diagnosis was a flat tire due to a nail near the edge and that I needed to purchase a new tire for almost $400. Took my car to Cornwall Tire and they were able to fix it in less than 15 minutes- Very courteous, professional and Honest. I will definitely go there for all my tire needs. Merci Beaucoup!

Gained my confidence told me 100% this fix would correct the issue but when I couldn't drive out of the parking lot they took zero responsibility. Just said awell we tried. Had no problem taking my 279.00 FOR NO WORK DONE. I now have more error codes than I did before. Awesome job. Great place if you feel like donating money for nothing.

I just installed my winter wheels when I noticed that one of the wheels had a leaking valve. I went to Cornwall Tire Service about an hour before closing time, just one day short of a huge snow front. The car was in the shop within two minutes and not only did they fix the problem in less than 10 minutes, they even reprogrammed the TPMS sensors so that the car would recognize them. I'm very happy with their service and I would give them an extra star on top of the five stars if I could.
