Well Have bought tires from them in the past, and have had wrong sizes brought in and had to wait for replacements. This winter, I bought tires for the wive's car elsehwere, but took them here to get them studded. It was near end of Business day, and the Person in charge of studding told me to drop them back the next morning, and he would likely have it done in the morning. Next Morning I dropped them off, and I am told by someone different that they will not be done that day as buddy is busy. The person from the previous day comes out and reiterates the same thing, I replied with "Well you told me yesterday that you'd likely have them done during the morning if I dropped em off this morning", His response was "I have to deal with the tires we sell here first, they get priority over stuff that people bring in from elsewhere"...."I will have them done later in the day". I said "Ok, well I do not need them til 4pm at the earliest". He responded "Yeah, don't check back a minute before then either". Well I will say this...I will never deal with Western Tire and Glass after today, I will never recommend Western Tire and Glass
