They told me it would take a few days to replace my engine. It took a month. And each week the price kept going up. First week they got the wrong engine in. The second, their mechanic went on vacation. The third, someone had to go on deal with a family emergency. It kept going on. Then the water pump they installed blew up 3 hours in on a 10 hour trip. I was told it was not installed properly to begin with. Which cost me $600+ and they couldn't give me my a/c back.

Not very honest. On my way back from a fishing trip I had to have a flat repaired in the process of removing the tire off my mag as I watched the mechanic gouging my 20 inch mag with his tire machine and he didn’t say anything until I approached him they referred me to the manager or owner I still don’t know who said he was sorry and that he would have his insurance look into the situation and that he would contact me I live in Montreal. He never contacted me and when I called back it seemed like he couldn’t remember. If I could give a 0 star rating I would never ever go there.

Very Poor service. I called my roadside service and they called this garage for towing and it’s been 36 hours since the garage said they’ll pick it up and still nothing. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Very poor customer service. And the f******* garage is a couple blocks away. I called the garage and they said to call their emergency number and so I did but they didn’t answer the emergency number. What kind of emergency phone number doesn’t answer???

sorry but i think you lost the loyalty of 2 long time clients today. Not coming back ever. They charge extra and i suspect they tell you "things" need to be fixed or changed when there is no need to do so

This garage is a big rip off, I ask if I can have a wheel alignment done. The so what called mechanics say I needed two top ball joints,also lower right ball joint changed 1,300 in parts and labour. Took it for a second and third opinion both the of them told me that there was nothing, NOTHING wrong with them ball joints. Had my wheel alignment here in Ottawa. Wow so customers be aware of this garage. That’s my concern. Alignment done $98 far from 1,300.

(Translated) I will never recommend this garage to anyone. I asked to have an engine heater installed, they installed a smart charger for me instead without telling me! Then 2 weeks later I had to have my tank towed because it didn't start because I didn't have an engine heater. They made me wait 5 days. I called Saturday morning for towing, they told me we will be there in 3 hours. They never came on the weekend. Every time I called they would make up stories their tow trucks didn't work. But when I passed in front of their garages I could clearly see their 2 tow trucks working and going to make calls .... I heard a call on WEDNESDAY evening asking if I was ready to be towed away. 5 days waiting for towing. I went to AS mecanique, they gave me good service. (Original) Je recommanderai jamais ce garage a personne. Jai demandé de me faire installer un réchauffe moteur, ils m'ont installés un chargeur intelligent a la place sans me le dire! Ensuite 2 semaines plus tard jai du faire remorquer mon char parce qu'il n'a pas parti parce que javais pas de réchauffe moteur. Il m'ont fait attendre 5 jours. Jai appeler samedi matin pour le remorquage, il m'ont dit on arrive dans 3 heures. Ils sont jamais venu de la fin de semaine. A chaque fois que jappelais ils inventaient des histoires que leur remorqueuses ne fonctionnais pas. Mais quand je passais devant leurs garages je voyais bien leur 2 remorqueuses fonctionner et aller faire des call.... Jai ressu un appel le MERCREDI soir me demandant si j'était près a me faire remorquer. 5 jours d'attente pour un remorquage. Je suis aller chez AS mecanique, eux il m'ont donné du bon service.
