The website said the store opened at 8 so a friend and I headed over to get a charger for his electric wheelchair. When we arrived at 8:10, two employees were standing behind the counter. One of them came to the door to tell us that they didn’t open until 9. When I informed him that the website said 8, he said “that’s corporate” with no apology. When my friend tried to ask him a question about the product we needed the employee kept repeating (very rudely) “we don’t open until 9”. Wouldn’t he rather give the product information so we would know whether it was worth while to stick around until 9? This was very unprofessional and disappointing.

At least they had the part I needed... but they never checked the box they handed me with a caliper inside to make sure all the components were there. I got home and realized they never supplied the caliper bracket with the new caliper. Upon trying to return the caliper, they weren’t able to process it and I had to come back another time when a manager was present. All of this and not even an apology from the employee.

I went in here only to find at least one employee that is a anti masker. Didnt feel a need to comply with our bylaws or try to help people shop safely. Will never step foot in that store again. Couldnt believe we are heading for a 4th lockdown and there are still people this ignorant

Middle of a snow storm. Wiper broke. Took it off and walked in with it. Asked for a tape measure and they say no it's best to fo it by looking up your vehicle. ??? I know what I needed and it would've been quicker. Service was good and they were friendly just don't get the fast way to do stuff for customers. Prices are moderate as they are a Canadian tire sister store. Bought many parts here and will likely come back if I'm in a pinch.

Done with this store too many time have given them all the correct and necessary information and they still order the wrong parts wasting my time and money and no compensation. look at other reviews other having the same issue recommend using a more qualified supplier

Good prices, service is friendly depending on who serves you. Double check your parts before installing. I have been halfway through before realizing they gave the wrong part. Sometimes a hassle to return parts.

Horrible customer service don't recommend at all Napa in walceburg absolutely fantastic service and staff will stay there past closing time if you ask them to unlike these guys they won't yell at you for trying to place an order 1 hr before closing time
