Had a great experience here. I was driving nearby with my Bolt and was not going to make my destination on the charge I had left. I called and was welcomed by a very friendly receptionist who invited me to charge for free. They offered my family a washroom break, and snacks while we waited! Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this dealer.

It's a tough time to try and but a vehicle with chip shortages and supply chain issues. My salesperson, Noah Morris, did his absolute best to try and make it happen. The first time I went he spent about 90 minutes trying to get the sales manager (who impressed me w less) to come out of a 2.5 hour (!?) job interview. He also chased down the same sales manager when he offered too little for my trade in. He was responsive to calls and texts. Because of supply chain issues I ended up buying my truck in Toronto but Noah and the sales manager tried to get the vehicle traded to Tilbury but were unsuccessful by no fault of their own. The other dealer was not wanting to cooperate. I felt pretty bad not buying my vehicle here entitling because of the effort Noah put into this. I'll remember to get back to him when it's time for my next purchase. Ask for Noah. He's young but he's got the right stuff.

The people there are always polite and there for you. The service guys are always asking direct questions on your issues with your vehicle so that they can give the proper service for your needs. There's a sitting area complete with beverage (coffee tea or water) television, magazines and comfy chairs! Upon assessing your vehicle they will come out and let you know of issues that could immediate (or a need to do soon) issues which you could have them do as well. I find the entire team a courteous and polite group of people. Thanks guys.
