Good service. They serviced me with four new tires next day. Didn't have much selection but I'm happy with what I got. Staff wise, they weren't very chatty. Kind of anti chatty actually. And being a car enthusiast, I was hoping for a good car talk. Oh well.

I like this location, but was annoyed they charged me $60 for a service that I didn't ask for. They also have not given me the last 3 lug nuts I paid for. Still waiting to hear from them.

Went there to get a flat fixed. The tech stripped one of my lug bolts and had the nerve to say it was " already like that." Had they been overtorqued they all would have had damage. My guess is he had the impact wrench set to tighten when he squeezed the trigger. He then tried to sell me a new hub when it was clear that the bolt was stripped. Scam.

Went for one tire. Counter person attempted to upsell me several times, it annoyed me as I had already declined. Bit pushy instead of friendly and was there way too long for one tire change. Seemed to be in no hurry mode.

Called Tirecraft Chatham earlier today to see if I could get my flat tire replaced. Joe suggested a repair instead of a replacement. I got scheduled in for an appointment within a couple hours of calling. The tire was repaired in 30 mins. I saved a lot of money having it repaired instead of replaced (and also prevented the tire from going to the landfill). Efficient, economical, and great quality service. Thank you!
