Terrific management and staff !!! Very friendly and helpful. They got me in the same day that I called, for a new muffler. They had my car in at the appt. time, complete 35 mins later, at half the cost of CTC, AND a lifetime warranty on the new parts ! Huge shout out to the Chatham location and Jeremy in particular. I took a work truck in last minute to have an exhaust pipe replaced. Jeremy was very professional and managed to fit me in within a half hour. While sitting in the waiting room I couldn't help but notice how Jeremy greeted 4 out of 5 customers by name. This business has definitely built a good reputation for itself judging by all the return customers. When my truck was fixed I was surprised how reasonable the pricing was. Later that day I was mentioning to a co worker the service I received and she responded yes Jeremy is great, we take all over our vehicles there. Nice job and thanks for the great experience!

My wife bring are sprinter van to be replaced one leaf spring in the rear left side the people do the job but when she bring the van back home we see they damage in both side from the garage lift 4 big bumps under the side of the van when we call them and ask about they don't want to recognize , we don't recommend this bussines sorry

they have had a very old vehicle with a lot of botched jobs from other places to contend with my van.they are fast,fair and good job every time this vehicle is for handicapped and can say it is never off the road for long. .these guys are all great fellows to deal with. my personal opinion is they should change the comercial to include these faces as THE MAN!

Jeremy was great. I called late Thursday about my son's car, which was making a horrible noise. Fearing needing a new muffler (on a very old car), he got him in early Friday, which was awesome considering the short notice. They'd seen a flange had come off on the exhaust, replaced it with stainless steel pipe, charged only $80 + tax and had him on his way in only half an hour. Now that's service!

My parents braught in their van. It was diagnosed on the spot and fixed while we waited. The whole visit took about an hour and a half. They offered two options at different price points and did the work they said they would do. My one complaint is they had no wifi. I was able to scavenge the next door neighbour's but of course, that could change at any time. They have comfortable places to wait but bring your own internet if you can.
