Definitely not recommending. They changed my tires, and I noticed that they replaced my valve caps, with rubber ones. I used to have original Lexus aluminum caps. I asked them to return my caps, they gave me some ugly ones. They said that they cannot find my caps. Now, I need to go to Lexus to buy my caps. On my time, and on my money. It will cost me probably $30, not mentioning my time.

Been shopping for tires there for last 5 years. Every time I go there the service is excellent. Prices are best in the market. It would be great if they create an online book/order system. And better call service. I tried to book an appointment by phone but was kept on hold for too long. Mind you it was during a very busy winter tire season. So had no choice but to drive there order my tires and then come back on the next day for installation.

Avoid these guys. Bought 4 tires on December 15, totaling $500. The next day, the front left tire explodes while driving on highway 30. I go back the next day and am told that 'it happens' and that I 'may have hit something', even though the tear in the tire was on the inside half, and I know that I didn't hit anything (I literally drove around 50kms from when the tires were installed. They placed all blame on me and I was forced to buy a 5th tire at full price. The manager said he would file a claim with the manufacturer and get back to me, its been over a month and I've heard nothing. Yes, prices are cheap and no tax; but it's not worth it. Just go to Canadian Tire where you'll have recourse if something were to go wrong.

Hard to find honest mechanic... Went here to install tires on my aluminium mags. They installed the tires but did not clean the rims first. Few weeks later two of the tires were flat and are leaking air from the seal around the tire (where they should have cleaned before installing). Took back the tires and they charged me an extra $15/tire to clean the rims. Next time ill go to a real tire shop.

As always, this place is reliable. I like the service and atmosphere there. Sometimes they take longer than they should if they forget to change out your lug nuts, but how busy the place is says something about it. Reaching them by phone is problematic at times and they need someone just answering phones, but it does not reflect the service at the shop. If you want to skip the taxes go here. As long as their prices stay the same, it makes it a great incentive.

I'm a BMW owner, I was looking to have my water pump and thermostat replaced. Let me tell you that I went to multiple car repair places, and I was getting the same answer, " we don't do bimmers" or I was getting overpriced estimates. So I went to Diabo to do the tires change, and asked Dave if they repair BMWs and without hesitation he told me to get my parts online so they could take care of my car. Well let me tell you, once I've got my parts, the repair was perfectly performed. And a job that was estimated at 2000$ +tx ended costing me 60% less. I definitely recommend this to anyone, specially if you are a BMW owner and your car is out of the "bmw included maintenance " . Thanks Dave to you and your team at Diabo Auto!
