First impression was very positive! The service bay was clean, well equipped and organized like you would find pictured on an internet description of an ideal garage. The only way to accurately aim the headlights on a modern car/SUV is with the optical headlight aimer and Class A Auto has one. After Randy accurately aimed the headlights on my 2016 Rav4, oncoming traffic no longer flick their headlights at me and my visibility is better than ever! Gerry MacDonald Stratford

I am very Disappointed with the service he offered ..He lied to me about my car I am a student from upei He was just trying to make money .They said I need to change wheel bearing for both front ones and all sway bar on the car Also the ABS sensor is bad and changing me over 1600$ to fix my car ..When I took it to carline muffler I found out that it only need 1 bearing and 1sway bar ..the fix was only 260$ ..Don't get your car fix at that place ..Don't waste your hard earned money

Rude, bad service, seems incompetent 1. Paid for the pre inspection ($20) he found one problem in 2 minutes and didn't check anything else bought the car down and that was it. 2. Came back with another car, to have the licence plate screw put in, his advice, ill need to open the entire back panel of the trunk to fix this...took it to another mechanic within 5 minutes problem was solved. Stay a mile away from these guys. Will break your car rather then fix it and charge you for the stuff they don't even do! Never mind the rude service by both of them!

I recently had some work done on my Miata, and I was extremely pleased with the results. Randy and Kim are friendly, knowledgeable, and value conscious. Aside from fixing the issue that originally brought me there, Randy actually located and corrected a problem that had eluded two other mechanics in the past. I am delighted with the service and the value received, and I recommend them to practically anyone who owns a car. Class A will be my "go-to" garage for a long time to come.
