J'ai pris un rdv au téléphone pour un antirouille. Le lendemain on me rappel pour me dire que mon rdv est trop proche de l'heure de fermeture. Finalement je recois un autre appel pour me dire que c'est correcte mais je décide de devancer le rdv quand même. La dite journée je me présente au rdv et on me dit qu'on ne pourras pas procéder à mon antirouille car ma voiture est toute mouillé et que lantirouille ne sera pas efficace (en plein mois de février je ne verrai pas comment ça aurait pu être sec?!). Mon père a dit au gars du comptoir de service qu'il n'était pas question pour lui de payer l'heure du dîner du mécanicien et qu'il ne paierait pas plus qu'une heure d'ouvrage là-dessus (et c'est généreux). J'ai vérifier la fiche d'inspection qui disait qu'il avais aucune lumière et que le lave vitre avait été rempli ce qui étais faux. J'ai téléphoné au desharnais pour faire part de mes inquiétudes et in on fait leurs propre enquête et il mon dit de repasser et que l'inspection n'avais pas été fait (cause d'un nouvelle employer) . J'ai eu ma nouvelle inspection (+1 étoile de plus pour le service). il on aussi dit qu'il me donnerais la soumission avec un 15% ce qui na jamais été fais (jamais envoyer et j'ai retéléphoné et je n'est jamais pu avoir ce 15% et la soumission.
