Si ce garagiste ne voulait pas installer des pneus neufs, il n'avait qu'à le préciser lors de la prise du rendez-vous. Il avait accepté le contrat pour installer 4 pneus et il a refusé de le réaliser. Dans cette expérience, ce garagiste n'a pas respecté le contrat verbal que nous avions. Respecter sa parole, ses engagements et ses clients ne lui semble pas important !
