Would have given 0 stars! New director Alain is the most incompetent persone ever! We made an appointment to replace breaks and THEY told us to come back in a month and they would honor warranty. One month later this debutant manager Alain tells us that breaks are finished and we didn't do maintenance when we brought the truck in 4 times in the year! Turns out breaks they installed lasted one year and were so poorly installed that they caused more damage. NOT recommended at all. Midas accross the street is less expensive and offers a lifetime warranty on break pads.

Je ne suis pas supposée savoir les conflits que pneus chartrand a avec d'autres compagnies et ils ne sont pas supposés nous raccroché au nez. En tant que professionnels je m'attendais à ce qu'on m'explique et non à être engueulé. C'est du n'importe quoi et ce n'est pas digne de votre nom sur le marché. Je ne vous recommanderais a personne. Faites travaillez avec vous des gens professionnels digne de ce nom.
