Thanks !!! Efficient. organised all through my cell phone, auto reminders making sure I didn't forget appt, texting whan vehicle was ready for collection, what a pleasant surprise, very unique. My first time at Andersons, vehicle was in workshop on time, very quick, fixed alignment, very clear explanation of what was needed, and cost $10 less than quoted. Truck drives great now, will be returning for a second visit when needed, thanks again most appreciated.

Only 1 , that too, I got my car on time. I took my 2008 bmw 328xi for oil change and get new rear brake lights as I was giving a warning light. I had to take my car to Toronto, Was in a rush din't check the rear brake lights , i parked my car in Moncton to get a coffee and I see before 2 lights weren't lit , now 3 were missing. Was my first and last time.

I had my car inspected here, making an appointment was easy, and they were very flexible with times. They were very helpful and gave lots of information and times to drop off my car, that also worked best for me. Service was fast as well

The only place I take my car now.. Always a pleasant experience! Booking an appointment online is a great feature when you can’t seem to find the time to call in. They always take the time to explain and talk about your car for maintenance and fixing a problem. They send pictures and explain the problem/situation via text and e-mail, which leaves out the surprises when you go back to pick your car up. Never a bad experience at Anderson Automotive, they are fast, friendly and honest!

In PEI on vacation. Made oil change appointment for 9:00. Called at 11 they said they would call when done, picked truck up at 11:45 oil change not done. Was told that they didn’t even know the truck was there. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this shop.

Anderson automotive have been absolutely fantastic. Their prices seem fair and work is well done. They provide print outs of suggested future work and some explanations for why it's being suggested. They are willing to work with you, for example arranging alternative payments during power outages. Overall would highly recommend (and have!).

We have only lived on the island for 2 years. My husbands wanted to find an automotive company that he could trust and would give us the kind of service that we would be paying for. Anderson Automotive does that. We are so please with their overall service and how they do “extra “ without us even asking. We didn’t know our vehicle had to have yearly inspections to get our license plate. They informed us that we were past due and took care of it that same day so that we didn’t need to make another appointment. They treat us more than just a customer. We are quite happy knowing that this is our “go to” place for our vehicle.

Anderson’s went straight to my autos complaint area and even reserved parts in advance on their own. . This trust in the owner knowing their vehicle expedited the repair time and return of the car, The mechanic also safety checked the car and discovered a steering component loose while up on the hoist. I was relieved to know they found the issue, because I did have an intermittent knocking sound that I could not identify all summer and had not mentioned it. Thank you Anderson’s.
