limped into this shop while on an island tour with my aging honda shadow with a blown wheel barring. Brian takes one look and says no sweat, bring it back at 9am tomorrow and sure to his word, back on the road at 10:30. Even loaned me his scooter to grab breakfast! Amazing service, too bad I live so damn far away or he would have all my business, can't recommend him more highly.

Extremely great first experience, Super knowledgeable and experienced professional, mechanic, story teller, and comedian! Hilarious! But overall just another hard working, motorcycle loving individual who has a passion for all the people who share the same path or in this case the road. Provides within store: Parts for sale Repair services Tune ups Maintenance & Accessories Merchandise such as lube, handle grips, kick stand, gloves, jersey, helmets that full face or half, tires, the list goes and on. This store has a really really cool hangout vibe! The only thing is once Brian gets in the zone he doesn't like to be bothered. Which is understanding, considering he just wants to get his work done for all us customers! Knowledge and History of motorcycles Laughs and Smiles.

I had what I thought were electrical issues with my BMW K1300GT last July. I called Brian from the Ferry to see if he could help. He advised me that he would have a look at it Monday morning (I called late Friday). Great service and the scooter loaner to go for breakie was a fun treat.

They fit us in for two bikes oil changes despite being busy. We were travelling from the other side of Canada, and overdue for a change, their flexibility was exceptional. Responded quickly by email and we just arrived the following day, and was on our way within a couple hours, max. With chains re-tensioned and serviced too. And after all that, was able to get a basic, old-school rain suit for $45 too. Nice! Pleasant staff too. Shop and support local, wherever you can!

I called the shop at 9am from Port Hardy looking for a tire. Jadon managed to find one and put it aside for me. After a few hours ride he got my bike into the shop and made the change. Super accommodating and good price for what I needed. Would definitely recommend them!

Jason and Darlene were really great. My Chain broke down while travelling from Port Hardy to Victoria. Despite how much work he had, Jason went out of his way to put aside what he was doing to get me back on the road. And did a fantastic job. Even noticed my brakes needed attention as well.
