I've been using safety shop for 5 years keeping my falling apart beaters on the road way past their life expectancies. Generally they charge at least 40% less than any average small shop and of course this is 60%+less than dealership prices. They deliver quality 100% of the time and if there is a a problem not entirely solved they don't charge for follow-up visits until it is 100%. I feel sort of guilty to be getting sp much value for so little money. It is always worth my time with room to spare, though I'm now almost an hour away from them. So many times over the years I have been ripped off by con artists exploiting my cheapness and bargain hunting, but never these guys. Hats off to these purveyors of the best value on Vancouver Island. A rare breed of mechanics indeed....salt of the earth!

Honestly what a perfect mechanic in Campbell River. Was needing a muffler put on my car before heading up island and he gave me a reasonable quote, found some time to be able to fit me in. Quick, professional and exactly what was needed. Wish all mechanics were like this. What a gem 10/10

Only in Cambell River for a few days and had to have a power steering high pressure line replaced on our Dodge Journey . Part was ordered on short notice and they repaired it the next morning. Staff was friendly and professional and the service was absolutely awesome I would recommend this facility to anyone that might need any mechanical service
