I recently moved back to Campbell River after a few decades away and was looking for a reliable service provider for my 2014 Chevy Avalanche. I had heard about Seymour Services from a couple of relatives and the reviews online were impressive so I was anticipating giving them a try for a routine service/oil change (which I eventually had done there), but I was unexpectedly faced with some front brake issues that required immediate attention. I stopped by Seymour Services without an appointment early the next morning and Loren was more than welcoming and accommodating on getting my vehicle problems looked after that same day. The team at Seymour were very helpful, professional, and fair and I came away that afternoon feeling confident that I had found the right place for my vehicle service needs. Have returned for the routines oil change/service and expect to return as needs dictate. Thumbs up to the team at Seymour Services.

Our first experience with Seymour Services and the staff did an unbelievable job when the AC in our vehicle went recently. We were quoted $3900 to fix by a local dealership and Seymour got it done for $850. Seriously?! While admitting it was a tricky one - Seymour took their time and demonstrated not only their deep level of knowledge and skill, but also that customer service is a top priority. (And also demonstrated that contrary to our first quote - no, the not every single line and motor needed to be replaced! Uhg!). Thanks Seymour!!!
