For a hundred bucks I had expected a good job. Oil bottle caps dropped and left in the skid plate and oil spilled down the front of the engine. This car is pristine with not even 24000 km on this car.

Went for grease job this Sunday.phoned ahead about my gmc 4500. They complained their grease gun wouldn't reach the back of my truck. I convinced them to move my truck ahead and had to hold the grease line on my rear springs for them and tell them where to look for nipples. NOt again will go to who knows what they are doing. They seemed to want to get out of there and could not give me a receipt!

I am a resident and property owner of two provinces Ontario and BC. This company practices residential bigotry as they refuse to do oil changes for non residents due to Covid. I have ontario plates. I told the attendant that I was lucky Save on foods didn't have the same policy as I would starve. Once I convinced attendant I was legit, and had a residence on Quadra Island, I changed my mind. My wife and I have taken her car there since it opened. Not any more. Bigotry comes in many shapes. Mobile 1 lube Express in Campbell River are bigots. Many businesses are struggling. This shop had 2 of 3 bays open. I will also be sharing this experience on facebook for all to see just how some companies behave. Remember the Canadian Charter of rights and freedoms. The company rep did not ask for contact details. Just said his franchise accepts all vehicles. I sent a letter to Imperial Oil with the details.

Overall good service but one thing annoyed me. Got a coolant change they made me chage upper rad hose before they would do the flush. The problems was i accidently put oil in the reserivor so need a flush. The upper rad hose i had replaced in Aug it cost thirty dollars. They charge me $79.00 for that same hose so i let them do the flush anyway. I always go there for oil changes but not not more after over charging for the rad hose.

This is a very well run shop. Best oil change place I’ve ever been. The little details like when the extra guy isn’t busy he cleaned leaves off my hood.. I haven’t came across a well run shop like this in a long time...
