My husband and I were returning from a camping trip when a leaf spring broke on our trailer and we had to park it at the side of the road near Campbell River. After driving into Campbell River we were referred to CR Springs & Suspensions and they were most helpful and nice to us. We had the trailer transported to CR Springs. They had the part needed and enhanced the strength of it so that the problem will not reoccur hopefully They were able to fit us into their Friday afternoon work schedule so that my husband was back on the road by 4:00. After what could have been a most stressful day turned out well and we are most grateful! Kudos to you guys.

Made an appointment for Monday morning at 9:00 the week before to get some work done on my motorhome. Was told they had no other appointments for that time period. I showed up at the appropriate time after coming to town by ferry and was very rudely told I never made the appointment. Unbelievable!

I broke a leaf spring and not only did they manage to get me in same day they had my truck back to me before I needed to go to work. They are friendly knowledgeable people who walk you through each step of the repair and parts. I will go back to them next time my truck needs work.
