Called to inquire about 4 new all season tires for our 2004 Honda. Barbie was very knowledgeable and friendly. She got me in for tires the next day. Fast service. The next day I found 1 of the tires to be flat. Called and Barbie told me if I could blow it up and bring the vehicle back. They got me in right away and found that 3 of the 4 valves were faulty. Fixed things up quick. Staffs are very friendly and they stand behind their work.

I recently found myself badly in need of winter tires and, after shopping around and looking at Google Reviews, I decided to give The Tire Depot a try. Four winter tires mounted and installed for a great price + complimentary storage of my summer tires for one season. The tires were ordered and ready for installation the next day. As they were switching the tires over they discovered that two of my rims were dented. Tire Depot repaired the rims (no charge,) had the tires installed and me on my way in less than an hour. Excellent job by local people who practice customer service the old fashioned way. To Ed and the gang - thank you and job well done!

My boyfriend came here to get his tires swapped on BMW 335i. He offered to bring the car in as he was already in the back but they said they have to. He walked into the front lobby to wait. He could hear them revving his car for no reason, to the point it could be heard all over the shop as it's a performance car. It sounded like it was red lining practically. The lady at front desk told him it wasn't his car although he knows the sound of the car and there were no performances cars in there as he saw inside the shop when he parked his car out back. Very unprofessional. To answer your question: it was for winter tires so... winter. NOV. 30TH TO BE EXACT! She was there. He spoke to her about it. And before you complain about being late review, better late than never so people are aware. Well whoever worked that day was not professional at all. She even went back to see. And even if it was someone else's car, still shouldnt be revving it! Although anyone knows the sound of their car... especially car enthusiasts! I also got my tires done here and the lack of empathy, defensive and I'm always right attitude response you have back to reviews... you lost myself, my boyfriend and our families business.

All Things Money

Terrible staff, especially the mechanic Raj and the owner Ed. They overcharged me and took 3 hours to replace my tires. They do not value customers time at all. I had 2 friends that came here in the past 6 months, and they both told me how they almost got into a fight with the owner Ed. Owner is known as a big liar around Cambridge. Beware.

Fantastic, competitive and honest service, which is rare. I needed to get two flat tires from different vehicles fixed, as I found it when changing from winter to summer sets, they offered much better pricing and did not do the extra patch ( that was not needed, that's where comes the honesty part). Tires are priced to sell, LOTS of rims in stock had to order mine but it only took a week, also a fair price, honestly I'll go back for the service, they where obviously very busy(tire change season) and I could clearly see they where in a hurry but they also wanted to make sure I was happy... we stood outside for a few minutes admiring my new rims and tires and I said they would look better with black lug nuts Instead of those chrome ones, that's all it took they ordered my new lug nuts and when they came in I got a phone call and NO charge to swap them out... GREAT SERVICE.. And thanks again guys.. see you in the spring.

The receptionist kept me update the whole time and when i went to pay she wouldnt let me. Ladies and gentlemen... I hope you someday have the absolute pleasure of working with Barbi. This woman is amazing! I called her from work in regards to new rims and tires since mine were chewed up like bubble gum and my one tire had more patches than a 3 year old that got ahold of a pair of clippers and couldn't hold air. I called in the lovely Barbi around 1ish and she sent me rims to choose from and tires and had them all ready to go when I showed up today shortly after 3pm. Her attention to detail is appreciated and her customer service is next level. Highly recommend, I can't say enough great things about this rock star! One of my wheel spacers had been stripped when I changed my wheels last and the guys were nice enough to bring me in and show me what was going on. Fast and very accommodating, they did their best to get me the best price they could and were reasonable about it. Very happy with my experience.

The employee that drove my car into the service area stole the money I had sitting on the seat of the car to pay for the work being done. The owner did nothing about this. It was less than 30 seconds he had to pull car in and for me to get the money and my coffee out of the car. I asked him where the money is and he denied it. I had to pay using credit card because I had no choice but to get the tires done that day.

My experience with The Tire Depot was fantastic from beginning to end. Ed was really patient and accommodating in answering my questions over the several emails we exchanged. Ed, Barbi and the techs were friendly and professional and this was consistent with the handful of customers that they all helped while I waited for my tires to be mounted on the new rims I purchased. The whole job took less than 50 minutes which was awesome as I originally expected that I would have to drop off my tires and come back another day. The rims look incredible and what I paid was fair and reasonable based on my research before I decided to purchase. I highly recommend The Tire Depot. First of all I fell in love with the website months prior to getting my wheels, that customizable display for wheels on your car is very useful if you're unsure about how it would look. I was undecided on what exact rims I wanted earlier this year and ED worked with me via Email to help me choose a set. Once I liked a particular one, I went to go see it in person. I was impressed with massive ammount of display rims on the wall and even more so that I could have it beside my car before choosing finally. I was sold right there and then. Just waited a short week for them to come in. As a bonus, I was very excited to find out I could get my brake calipers painted, something I had intended on doing to my car. Two birds with one stone. My car looks amazing now. The prices were fantastic and nice knowing that the price given is the final price. Will deffinetly be taking my business for tires there in the future come the time for a new set. I highly recommend this place to anyone and have done so already with friends. All and all It was a fantastic experience with great staff. My only complaint would be that it just had to rain come the install day haha. - Allison McCarroll

Ed was very honest and helpful and even insisted on double checking to make sure it couldn’t be repaired in the interest of saving me money. Unfortunately not repairable, but they were very helpful on getting me a new set of rear tires same day even though my tire size usually needs to be ordered and isn’t usually in stock. super happy with the service here :)

Recommend! I took my Explorer last week for tire swap, TPMS and a possible valve issue. Had a fantastic experienc????. They are honest and did not try to change the valve as it was fine, and i had nail in the tire. The guys in the back are knowledgeable and friendly. Talk to them what u want and not; and they pay attention to you. Also have the correct tools to find the faulty TPMS. Ed was checking on the work himself as well and is a nice friendly guy. Free Wifi and a nice waiting area is the icing on the top. This was my first visit as i have moved to Cambridge a few months ago, but this is now my permanent go to shop from this point forward.????????

Good price and friendly staff. Very disappointed that my lock nuts are junk from their installer using the impact and the rest of my nuts are on so tight. Definitely not using torque to any type of spec as I'm 210 lbs struggling to loosen them with a breaker bar. (aluminum rims) Not such a reasonable price after all.

Walked in with a small screw in my civic tire, ( in my hands, not on the car... ) $50.00 plus tax is what they wanted to patch it!! In a tire shop this is a 5 min repair, with not having to even take it off of the car. So for flat repairs here, the shop rate is going to be around $600 an hour !!

I went into tire depot this past weds sat down with ed and went over a bunch of different rims and tires and he was really helpful and knowledgable on the products he sells. After about an hour and a half i finally was able to find a rim and tire i wanted because there are soo many nice rims and tirea. Ed mentioned that this could be all installed within the next couple days which i thought was a bonus and here i am got the new tires and rims on truck and couldnt be any happier. Ed and barb are very nice people and would recommend anyone to go check out this place before getting from somewhere else.

Ed and his team are fantastic! I have since moved out of the area but continue to drive the extra hour to see Ed. They remember you by name and always treat you like family. Unlike most shops they do a very good job staying on schedule which values the customer’s time. The prices are very fair but the biggest thing for me is the ease of doing business. I can email Ed about a new car and he’ll do all of the research on the winter tire and rim packages and send me choices. When I called for a used tire the guy abruptly told me he didn't have that size.. he didn't even look. I've made 5 calls before this and everyone is calling me back because they're looking. Shame on you.. if I could call you a name it would begin with an A and end in hole. So.. nice reply. You could've helped me considering the tire was stolen from my moms car.. shes in the hospital and I expected more help.. like try.. a competitor for heavens sake and could've recommended my best option. The guy was shady and told me 80% tred in front and 70% tred in back. Went to get an oil change a couple weeks later and they scanned my tires and two already needed to be changed. I went back to complain to the owner and he just says " oh jiffy lube is selling tires and laughed". No refund or problem solving. I feel lied to and embarrased. ill never go back. Beware.

If you want cheep this is your place. I was sold rims that don't properly fit my car . And I'm having a hard time trying to get them to balance. Had them back at tire Depot twice to fix the problem. Save your time and money, go somewhere else.

Just bought four new tires and had them installed today. Start to finish, one of the easiest and most enjoyable purchasing experiences I've had. I got home and felt like I had to write a review. I haven't enjoyed driving my car this much since the day I bought it! Barbi was a total pleasure with impeccable customer service. The boys in the shop were super friendly and extremely professional. The store is in a great location, 5 min off the highway with a really cozy and very clean waiting area As for the product... I went with Nokian and true to what Barbi said, it is such a smooth ride. Could not be happier with what I paid for. Wish I came here years ago. 10/10 Would recommend to all my family and friends and will be posting their business card on my work bulletin board.

I came in to have my tires replaced. I was helped by an older gentleman who I believe was the owner. He informed me that it wouldn't take more then an hour which was great since I needed my car Asap. As I sat in the lobby I saw a pair of rims that I liked but didn't have time to get them put on at that point in time. He put the Rims on hold for me and we set up a time later that week where I could leave my vehicle over night so they could be installed. I couldn't be happier with my experience and service.

Hands down the best shop in the region. Ed, Raj and the whole team are great! Ed went above and beyond delivering the rims and tires on the promised timeline. When he found out the the front tires were out of stock he called me and told me "Look, the front tires are going to take a little longer to get here, BUT, I can lend you some tires in the mean time". THAT'S RIGHT!! He lend me tires for a whole week before my tires got there, if that's not great customer service I don't know what is! I received very bad service. They lack good mechanics. I think they don't have licensed mechanics. They caused big problem with my car break system. Wheels were shaking bad after. I would never go there again. You should 1000 times before going to such shop. Good Luck!
