These guys did an incredible job installing my tires. I drove an hour and a half to get to them. Hands down THE BEST PRICED TIRES I've ever found. My only complaint is that they refused to move down the street from me! Haha. Will not be disappointed. They sell all brands I asked for but I setteled for a Chinese brand I've heard great things about, Powertrac. They're grippy, soft, quiet, and... Cost the same as a decent used tire but come with a warranty and no hidden patches!

I went down the road to Ontario Fender Roll and had my car worked on, but he said he wasn't able to mount and balance tires and sent me to this place. They were able to squeeze me in on a tight time frame which was great. Unfortunately after getting home I noticed damage on every single one of my brand new wheels from their installation. And before they say it was on there before, they even opened the box for one of them which is ironically the most damaged. Do not bring your nice wheels to this place. These are Chrome (SBC) Enkei wheels that cannot be touched up. Edit: re the response from the owner. That is hilarious that the owner would respond saying the wheels were damaged before bringing them there. The wheel was brand new, your employees opened the box. The wheels came damaged brand new from Enkei? This wheel had never been mounted before, it was literally brand new. Any reputable place would say to a client "hey these wheels have existing damage on them" before taking on any sort of work. Funny that conversation never happened. (spoiler: it's because it was brand new in the box). I never contacted this company asking for any sort of compensation so this review is not in any sort of attempt for financial gain. This is merely a warning to anyone who has nice wheels to watch out. I have absolutely nothing to gain from this except the satisfaction from warning other potential clients about the hazards of this place. Also, there was no walk around inspection with me whatsoever. In fact, I had to physically stop them from putting dirty wheels in my clean interior. Like, take the tires out of his hand. I told them repeatedly that I did not want them put in the back of my car. Truthfully, after it was all done, I just wanted to leave, It was a very unprofessional place. I watched one of the mechanics and his buddy who didn't even work there hanging out looking inside my car. Finally the response from Ontario Fender Roll? He responded to me on Facebook after sending him the damage saying "Ok I'll be sure not to send any clients there in the future". So he's either playing both sides of the card, or one of us are lying. And judging by your response, it's probably you. At the end of the day it's on me for not checking my wheels immediately after the work was done, and this boils down to nothing more than a he said she said situation. Feel free to check my history, I have never left derogatory feedback for a company ever. It is not in my nature to randomly attack a company with no merit. If you honestly believe that a wheel fresh from the box came with damage on it already then I truly pity you. Lastly, I can see on one of his other responses that their tire mounting machine has a video recording the wheel in the process of being mounted. Care to post those videos? I guarantee if you post them you won't see damage on my wheels until after you installed them incorrectly. Best of luck with your lies.

Great service. As far as the tire quality. I drove 1800km 500km was on snow covered roads. Traction was excellent! Road noise is minimal. 530$ Tax in installed 19 inch rim size. You cannot beat the bang for your dollar!! Yes I recommend this shop! And the Doublestar/Winter Tire.

If I could give a zero rating I would!! We called yesterday to set up for today to pick up tires for my truck and asked if we could have them put on the guy on the phone said it shouldn't be problem. We drove all the way there from Niagara and even called again on the way there to make sure we could have them installed and the guy said yes. We get there and have to wait 10 mins for someone to even come out to the front to deal with us, then we are told that no they can't put the tires on as they just had a truck come and they need to empty it. Well we drove an hour and ten mins just for them to say no sorry we can't install them. The tires were a good price and that is the only reason why we bought them still otherwise I would have went somewhere else and not given them our money at all!! This is very unprofessional even when we said we just came from out of town and that we had just spoke someone an half hour ago the guy said sorry, walked away, came back with the tires and that was that. Not happy at all if you couldn't do it you should have told us one of the two times we talked to someone.

I recently saw an ad on Kijiji for tires so I contacted the above and arrange to purchase and pick up tires from the location I must say I was really pleased with their service and it was awesome dealing with them the price was amazing and I they prepared the tires for me without a deposit. The transaction was smooth and I pickup my tires and was on my way in no time. They were really nice to me. I would highly recommend them.

Saw an ad on Kijiji for 20 inch horizon tires, called to get total price installed and balanced. Turns out the "forgot" to remove ad. Didn't even have the tires. I asked if they can order them... Answer was no. What kinda tire shop or parts store can't order tires. This place is a joke ????????????????????. Reply to owners reply. Then u could've Atleast offered different suggestions or alternative quotes. All season tires out of stock????? Lol you guys are good.

Went to get a tire changed after a bulge in my sidewall. They didn’t have the same Headway tires I originally had on so I opted for the Doublestar tire they showed me for the same price. Got the tire on and drove 50 min home only to realize when I got home my car was shaking the whole drive and that the inside of the sidewall was on the outside of the rim. Called and they swapped the tire around the right way, but they still wouldn’t offer me a new tire even after I asked 2 times because this one was obviously defective and shook my car and was driven with the treads facing the wrong way for over 100km. I ended up going to my work and putting the old tire with the small bulge in the sidewall back on and my car drives smooth as ever again. They wouldn’t even offer a new tire even though I stated the new tire they put on was defective and out of round. Terrible customer service and no compensation for having to drive another 2 hours round trip to fix a problem that could’ve been dealt with the first time around. Disappointed and would like a refund

Update Aug: 2021: Winter tires: ESKEY brand. Don't buy them if you have an HD truck. Should have come in for warranty, but forgot and they were cheap enough. The rear tires are fairly bald with less then 20k on them. (About 3 months of winter use) The two on the front still look brand new. Just the back wore off prematurely. Very disappointed with this brand of tire. I'm updating me review, because I had to put the winter tires on the truck temporarily and it reminded me. (I'm heading back in for a new set of summers for the truck) Again, don't buy the Eskey's if you have an HD truck. I'm assuming it has to do with the weight of the truck. Update Dec 2020: Got another set of winter tires (Eskey Brand) from them for another truck. The front counter guy is the best. So Polite and you can tell he tries hard everyday. Owner is a good guy too, my sensors weren't working (I put the wheels on my truck myself at home, as I'm competent enough for the task) and he took time, found and fixed the issue when I came in for assistance. (Sensor frequency was off). Their prices are always fair and the service is great. It's just a small shop and you need a little patience from time to time. But its worth it. Dec 2019: Just picked up some rims and winter tires for the truck. Everything so far is good. If nothing goes too weird, I'll be back for another package in the summer.

I called all around the tri-cities for a decent deal, I almost gave up until I called SVS auto parts & tires. the front desk was super quick and easy to talk to, they had the exact tires I needed and brand new. Called several other tire shops in kw looking for a hard to find BMW tire and no one had it in stock and was quoted $500+ to have one ordered. I called svs and they actually had it in stock and they did it for 130$ installed. They even stayed a little after closing to install it for me.

I was in Friday December 17 at noon. Had a set of tires put on my car. At 6pm the same day. My front left tire came completely off the hub. All 4 lug nuts came off. I slid down the HOV lane of the QEW on my rotor... Very Scary. Unfortunately I was told they cannot help me...????
