Called in today for a quote on some tires. I Have general knowledge about tires and know what is best for me however the dealership that I purchased my BMW from said I may use the front tire size on my rear tires (which is a different size) I like getting a second opinion so I called this store. The lady on the phone was helpful and sounded very nice while getting my quote. I got pricing some some snow and all season tires and I did get a better price than the rest of the competitors so I told her I will come in a couple weeks after I research the tires she quoted me on. She put the phone down after we finished our convo and she assumed I ended the call but I didn't. She was telling a colleague about how my name is funny, Made me look stupid by asking a question that I wanted more answers for, making fun of me because i was saying the tires are expensive and I own a BMW and complaining about pricing so some how I should have loads of money to spend correct? I'm sorry that I didn't know tires can be 1500+ for my car so my apologies it can be very shocking for people but I guess since I own a BMW it shouldn't be right? I've done business at this location before and i always had excellent service, not sure what it was like after I left. I was interested in getting from this location but I guess I will be going to a competitor in a couple of weeks instead. If anyone has a luxury car and think this is the right place to get tires please look away, she may just make fun of your hair next.

I went there when I got a flat tire. I don't know too much about cars and they could have easily taken advantage but were very honest. Very competitive pricing. They promptly turned on cartoons to keep my daughter occupied, which was also a nice touch.

have a ram 1500 felt like a dakota . got new tires coil over struts and new rear shocks. truck went up 5 inches back to stock . great techs and great office staff. to put the cherry on top they drove my wife home and picked her up. big bonus. great work I recommend them 100% . chris thanks all.

Bought a new set of tires, one was bad. Had to spend a lot of time trying to convince them that this was the case. I shouldn't have had to do this. They tried everything to not replace the one brand new tire. Finally after enough calls they did, but reluctantly. If a product is bad, don't argue with customers. A lot of my time was wasted in the process and I don't believe I'll be back to them to purchase in the future.

Brought my tire here to get a patch done. After I brought the tire back home and drove on it, I noticed a very bad vibration. I checked the wheel and noticed they didn't balance the wheel. I had to wait until the next day for them to fix it. After I brought the wheel back, they made me wait close to an hour to just get it balanced (they told me the time to come). Last time I'd come here.
