Visited the shop and was told they had 2 Rims that would fit my car, after sorting out tire selection and pricing we placed an order. Received a call the next day stating that they misspoke and that they actually only had 1 Rim that would fit my car, at this point I was just looking to get summer wheels installed so I booked an appointment for the wheels to be installed after the weekend. Monday morning I take my car to the shop, after spending some time trying to install the first wheel they realized the rim actually didn't fit due to my larger breaks( Something I told them prior to choosing the rims) and they apologized for the inconvenience. I noticed I had 3 service lights on after taking my car to the shop, after notifying them about the lights the lady who answered denied any wrong doing from their end and hung up the phone. After about 3 consecutive call back attempts the phone was finally answered, and was asked to bring in the car back to get the lights looked at. I believe they did a quick reset to get rid of the lights, whether or not any damage was done is yet to be determined. Customer service was great aside from them showing me and almost selling me rims that would not fit, denying any wrongdoing regarding the service lights even though I expressed my certainty that I had never seen any of those lights prior to me taking my car there. Very unhappy that they would tell me they have wheels that would work for my car, and then be told that they actually don't fit. I expected the staff to firstly know what their talking about, I don't believe trial an error was the right approach to getting new wheels, they had very minimal wheel options, minimal knowledge regarding what would fit my car, and extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability displayed as well as their lack of motivation to rectify their mistakes. Complete waste of time.
