Excellent customer service. Chad was able to get me in right away to deal with what appeared to be nail. Another shop (where I purchased said Nokians) told me they were booked solid for a week and couldn't even squeeze in an emergency repair.

Sweet Christmas!!! An honest mechanic with integrity! Chad and his team were amazing today. My girlfriend and I were driving to work and the car was squealing and smelling not right. Turned out it was the wheel bearing and looking it up and asking around made it seem like it was gonna cost me a pretty penny. Called up Chad because my boss used him for his car and Chad took us in right away, showed us a quote and fixed the car the same day. Even while there were taking the car off the lift it seemed like something wasn't right and they spent another hour looking the car over. No charge. The fix cost less than anticipated and when I mentioned the cost to a few friends they commented that it was a very good price overall. I would absolutely wholeheartedly recommend Chad and his team at Tirecraft to anyone that needs help. Thank you Chad and team. You really saved us today and I can't thank you enough.

worst experience ever. the front tie rod link broken and i know it from another mechanic who quoted $250 and 1.5 hour job, (inclusive of alignment, labor and part). Unfortunately i assumed that i should go for a top notch quality shop. After holding the vehicle all day long they visually inspected, told me pretty much the same repair shall cost over $1000 and returned the vehicle with a bill of $80 (just inspection) No work and waste of time/money. I wish i had read the reviews before even deciding to go there.

In my times coming here i have had good experiences. Some times i had to bight the bullet - vehicle's arent always so cut and dry when you want to work on them. They seem to appreciate vehicles there, not sure about caveliers or sunfires or even trailblazers but ive brought my dodge PW, VW cabrio, even my 62 biscayne and each time theyve helped me out giving me lower prices on parts and knocking off fractions of man hours. I made it clear that ill keep coming if im treated right - i never argued or made a big fuss in their showroom, they probably appreciate that.

The staff and technicians at this location of Tirecraft have been nothing but helpful. I have been bringing my vehicles here for years. I have family members who live out of province who bring their vehicles here for servicing. The guys here are fantastic! I never feel as though they are over charging me, in fact, they've helped me save money. If you need tires or anything to do with your car, go in and see these guys. I find it hard to believe the one star reviews because I have never encountered that kind of treatment. It makes me wonder if the reviewer has the correct location?? Please make sure when you are reviewing a business with multiple locations that you have the right location!

First thing that popped up Google despite bad Google reviews, I gave them a call not sure who I talked to but he was super friendly got me ASAP to get my tire patched. It was fast cheap and they inspected my vehicle for free. All and all great service and my corolla is very happy. Thanks so much

We brought our van in for an emergency repair of a flat tire. Service was prompt and completed much earlier than expected. Excellent customer service & highly recommended! 5 stars out of 5!

Just fair warning when it comes to changing tires over, these guys charge twice as much as a few other place that I know of. In the same parking lot another business will do this service for you for half the price.

I do not recommend this place. I Came in with a flat and the owner Jay sheared my wheel studs on removal, and then asked me to sign a form saying he wasn't liable after offering a 2000$ repair plus labour and 2 day wait. He claimed that my rims were too wide and that had forced the stud to shear and I should call the mechanic who installed them (the dealership). Jay claimed he called my dealership and the parts were sold as a package of 4 at 450$ each and he offered to install them over 2 days... I called the same dealership who clarified that the part is $253, that I only need 1 and they can install the part I need to fix Jays mistake in under an hour and and that my rims were standard issue so Jay is lying cover his ass. Now I have a vehicle that is missing two studs and therefore can't be driven and have to have it towed to the dealership to have them rectify Tire crafts mistake. To top it all off, someone else came in to have their tire fixed and it had no leak and they didn't charge him but the customer signed nothing proving that Tirecraft had just removed all of his tires... what if they didn't put them back on properly? Now that customer has no proof. Worst part: The flat ended up just being a fluke that I over reacted about because it needed no repair so I could've avoided Jay and his shady business if I wasn't such a savvy car owner. Anyone have a lawyer...?

I have used this Tirecraft location for years, mainly because of the Professional Service and respect I receive (Thank You Chad and Clinton). I don't know of another City location where one can call in an emergency, and receive quality and immediate timely and professional service. Thanks Guys!!!

They stripped 2 of out of 5 lugs on one wheel. And they told me they were like that prior to comming in. Which is Incorrect because I had done previous work they were not stripped. Then they let me drive away with missing lugs.... in safe condition

These guys are just AWESOME!! Five stars is not enough!! I hit a curb during the snow storm white out on Saturday and did some damage to the left side wheel and steering system. I got it over to Warren and his group on Monday morning and went over what happened. This been a drop in I knew that it would be a while before I had my vehicle back. The tech's worked hard to find what damage I had done and staff kept me informed of what was wrong. They had me back on the road the next day. You cant ask for a better group of tech's and staff as what is at Tirecraft. Thank you very much for an AWESOME job!!

I have been taking my vehicles here for years. They are the most honest shop I have ever dealt with. They never do more than what is required. I even had a vehicle that was under warranty and the dealership tried to upsell repairs that I did not need. I brought my vehicle here first and they saved me a ton of money by inspecting what needed to be done and advising me not to do one of the repairs recommended as it was not needed.

I never write reviews but I was so infuriated, guy swore at me and told me not to repeat my question about balljoints,"for the third F-ing time i can not fix it so stop asking" the technician or whoever he was then mimicked me. Got charged 70 dollars for nothing on top of that. I understand you pay for indpections if they can not repair your vehicle but i would never pay for service like that again. Worst experience ever dont go here
