Watch out for HIDDEN FEE. It was great, but not anymore. At the time of booking, my tire was 20 inches, and $ 20 / each was $ 80. But when I paid it was $ 100. When asked why I had to pay $ 20 more, it was said that the tire was heavy. "I did a hard job, so I need to get more." They already knew that it was 20 inches, but later charged me for a heavier tire. Shouldn't you tell me that you will be charged for this before you work? I swaped it with the same tire for several years, but during that time there was no talk and I asked why it changed this year, so my policy changed. It's a really handy policy.

Limitless Tires is my new go-to place for tires. I was a regular at two other well-regarded shops in Calgary, but I saw their Facebook ad and their competitive pricing and decided to check them out. Very clean and accessible shop with a good waiting area run by a group of young car enthusiasts who clearly care about your car. They mount and dismount using a Hunter machine and take care not to scratch your rims with low profile tires, which other discount shops in Calgary do not do. My experience with Limitless: - Shop is busy, but they work quickly and always find time for you. - While I was getting my new tires mounted, I told them one of the rims on my car had a bead leak that the Acura dealership couldn't fix, but they fixed it correctly the first time. - I came back a week later because I found another tire had a valve leak and they got me in quickly -- in November -- and even fixed it for free! Did I mention they have the lowest prices in the city, especially if you have larger rims with low profile tires? If they keep up their service and their price, I will be a customer for years to come and I definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.

Very dangerous workmanship. Unprofessional staff and management. My vehicle was returned to me after a tire mount and balance with a COMPLETELY unsecured front tire - the lug nuts were on only by one or two THREADS - not even hand-tight to the rim. The drive home was very rough (Stoney and Deerfoot...), so I lifted the front end to check the wheel bearings, and discovered the tire was ready to fall off the vehicle. This is a mistake that could easily kill someone. When I called the shop to let them know what had happened, the manager did not even let me finish telling him, interrupted me, became extremely defensive, and told me "if you don't like it, take your business somewhere else." Further to this, the "technicians" here (who I've now learned are not certified as such) broke off a cotter bolt securing a skid plate, presumably by misuse of the vehicle hoist. It was was first thing I noticed when I walked up to my vehicle to pick it up. When I tried to discuss this problem with staff, the young employee said "it was like that when we got it", and became argumentative; however, if this was the case, any reputable mechanic would have called the customer if they discovered such a damage upon dropoff, or at the very least noted it on a pre-service report... It was certainly not broken and dragging when I left my vehicle in their care. Anyone would hear and feel a 50lbs metal plate dragging on the ground under their vehicle.

Went there to get my tires balanced, they made me buy a new sensor for one of my tires cause they couldn’t balance them properly, supposedly that was the reason. Drove home and the next day I had to come back to get them balanced again. The guy told me they had done it with a machine for lighter cars, and that’s why it wasn’t done properly (I don’t even know what that means but I drive an SUV). They said it was ready and as soon as I drove out of the store it was shaking more than it was before I got them balanced. I came again, they did it again and told me that was the last time they did it for me cause they were doing it for free (mind you if they had done the job right the first time I wouldn’t have had to come back 3 times) I ended up going to a different mechanic, he balanced them and til today i haven’t had any problems or shakiness. This was last month. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, and I’ve never left a bad review to any business.

Short waiting time means well managed appointments, good quality work, courteous people and fair pricing. For half an hour tire changeover I don't expect too many amenities, still their waiting room is clean, has TV and couch. I've been there twice since last winter and no surprise rates both the times. Appreciate and highly recommend these guys to my like minded ones.

Fast, friendly and great price for the service! I have owned my limo company with 5 vehicles since 2007. I have worked with mechanics and tire shops several times a year, so I know great, fast service when I receive it. I took one of my Cadillac sedans there to have the tires rebalanced since the first place I tried out said the tires couldn't be balanced. This Cadillac sedan is a very finicky vehicle and the tires have to be perfectly balanced to get a nice, smooth ride. The driver feels it and especially a high end passenger will feel it. There were 4 young men total working on this vehicle at one time, 2 took the lug nuts off, 2 put the tires on the 2 newer balancers they have and they balanced all 4 tires within 20 min.! The price was $60 plus tax. We took my Yukon XL there to have the tires rotated and the vehicle drives nicer than before we took it in. They also have new tires for sale at a reasonable price including install and balanced! This place is a must on my list of places to go for tires and service!

In a overpopulated world of tire shops the team at Limitless seem to stand out. So amazing ! I called them Friday evening right before closure to see if they had space the following day. Super polite on the phone and got me in right away for 10 am. I arrived at the shop at 9:45 and they took my vehicle in right away. Was quoted 45mins for a mount and balance on new all season tires. Which they completed the service under that time frame ???????? Kevin who was doing the service came out and physically showed me that my tires being removed off the vehicle were showing “uneven” tire wear. Which as a customer being shown physical evidence makes all the difference. He suggested I do a wheel alignment which I agreed with. I appreciate the honest suggestion. Limitless tire has never failed to impress me with the servicing and overall customer service. Keep up the good work ????????

I find it it's really important to share my Experian with this place, I booked an appointment for tire change I show up on my appointment I left my job couple of hours for to get my tire change the girl telling me we are busy you can wait in your car, and I asked how long is going to be she's answering back very rude and telling me I don't know could be an hour or could be less or more and I asked what's the point for me book an appointment she look at me and say if you don't like it go somewhere else.. Very rude and bad customer service I told her I do not have a Time to wait for very long that's why I booked an appointment she said I don't care go somewhere else I got really disappointed I will never get back to this place.

I get my tires changed here every year. The guys here actually take your car the moment you show up. So you're not waiting 5, 10, 15 mins after your 'appointment'. Prices are really good. They also bag the tires for storage and so your car won't get dirty.

Bought 2 sets of tires there, after about a month 1500km I noticed a crack on the sidewall of a tire. I went back to see what the warranty was, they told me the crack was my fault since there was a minor mark on the rim where the crack was. (faulty tire) I know if it was CANADIAN TIRE, KAL TIRE or FOUNTAIN TIRE or any other tire store they would have warranty replaced it for me no questions asked. I DONT RECOMMEND and won't be going back.

Quick tire change service but a couple of things have changed. I have been bringing my vehicle 2014 Chevrolet Travese to them since 2015, since they operated at their first location. Today I got my tires changed from winter tires to all-season tires including mounting and balancing and I noticed 2 things that were different. 1. The price has changed. I used to pay $60 +GST. Today I paid $80 +GST. 2. They have introduced a 'Retorque after 100km' which never existed in the past. Overall, was satisfied with quick tire change service but not the price and retorque service change.

Doubt you'll find a better deal for mounting/balancing in Calgary. I had four new Michelins Installed on my SUV (that I got @ CDN Tire on their 24 months interest free deal), but found that they had a bad imbalance. Called them and explained the problem. They had me bring it back for "rebalance" (no charge btw). It's now smooth as silk. Moral of the story story... they stand behind their work. I'd go back in a heartbeat. Hell... CDN Tire wanted $42.00 per wheel for slower service.

I haven't had much luck when it comes to tire shops. It seems as though they're always about business than the interaction—churning out customers as quick as they can. But I found that Limitless Tires finds the right balance between the two, taking the time to provide great service, yet reasonable wait times. Had a gentleman (I think his name was Shawn) that really helped me understand my car which, in turn, gave me a better appreciation of why it (and what) had to be regularly maintained. One of the best experiences I have had in the city dealing with tires. A lot of shops will try to rip you off, bit the guys at limitless do thier best to find you the best price and make sure you leave happy! They not only found me the best tire in my price range, but put some replacement brake pads I brought in while I was in there! Alex was more than willing to help, and was an all Around gem when it comes to customer satisfaction. I had two wheel studs cross threaded and break while taking off the old wheels, and Alex drove me to the auto parts store and got me new wheel studs and lugs. Seriously a hero! I would recommend this shop to anyone who is looking to get a good price, as well as support a really great local business! Thank you so much limitless, you guys made my day!!

By far the best tire shop I've been to, after my stock tires needed replacement the staff showed me the best tires to suit my driving needs on and off road. They have a TV set up with Netflix ( major points for this mama! ) and they were both given a free Hot Wheels car to play with and keep while we waited. Reached out to an ad I saw for 4 rims for sale. We agreed on a price over text. I realized the shop was a good 25 minute drive (one way) across town without traffic so I double checked that the wheels were still in stock. He said yes. Because he mentioned he was out of town I decided to go a step further and call the shop to TRIPLE check the wheels were in stock. The person who picked up the phone also said yes... So, I leave my place and arrive at the shop to find only 3 of the 4 wheels in stock....one of the "mechanics" laughed and said "oh yeah we borrowed one to a customer yesterday, it should be back tomorrow" So, after a total of an hour of driving and also after double checking with who I believe is the owner, then triple checking with someone in the shop.....it ended up being a complete waste of my time and gas. The young man at the front of the shop was apologetic but when I reached out to the original owner online I initially spoke with about the wheels and explained what had happened he replied with.....NOTHING. He read my message and said nothing, not even an apology. Not only is it an absolute joke two of the top employees/owners gave me false information (possibly too lazy to get off their desk chair to confirm stock) but zero apologies after. Extremely poor customer service and horrible organizational skills. After reading the other 1 start reviews this clearly a trend with this "business"

Don't take your car here for a wheel alignment. Just because a business is convenient and cheap. Doesn't make it good these guys have been around 5 years, and there is no certified technician. They said that my castor was worn out but they just didn't know how to adjust it. I brought it to my mechanic he said casters where fine just need to be adjusted. I brought it back to them then they try and say I wanted a free alignment. No just do the job that I paid you for!! Pictures to show I had to take it to a second mechanic.

The cheapest option is not the right option: Do not have your tires serviced here.. ——>We had are SUV updated with new tires here; we don’t enjoy making these posts but we have given sufficient time for all the kinks to be worked out; First off, both our rear tires were retorqued before 100kms; Both tires almost came off - every nut on both tires was loose (able to turn by hand) or coming off!! Called, spoke with management- offered a discount if we returned...No! Also, Limitless had a hard time with the locking nuts on all tires: apparently our model vehicle is known to have the issue (?) all locking nuts were removed and replaced without notice. Last and Third issue: One of the tires has not formed a seal, so over a two week span we refill it; obviously had to be fixed by another shop.. Take your chances...

Had 4 tires mounted and balanced...$80.00... I live out of town and once I got on the hi-way (doing 100 kms), I should have immediately turned around but i did not(MY MISTAKE). Had to have ALL 4 tires rebalanced once i got home at the local shop..$90.00 ... after they BALANCED, no vibration at certain speed...should have saved my money and risked the ride home on my worn out tires. I had some tires switched over on Thursday. On Friday my tire light came on so i put some air in the tire. I assumed it was because it was -40 outside, Saturday I put air in the tire, and sunday woke up to a completely flat tire. I phoned limitless tires and had never been talked to like that by a business in all my life. He said it was not their fault the tire went flat and had some inappropriate language while yelling at me. I took the tire to Canadian Tire and was told the seat did not look like it was cleaned properly causing the leak. Be extremely cautious with this Business. I would not reccomend this business after this incident.

Balancing was done wrong on my work truck and they refused to fix it because 3 weeks passed since the day of tire swap. I explained that vibration can be felt after driving past 100km and I don't usually drive on deerfoot on daily, but they still refused to fix it. I was looking for tires online and stumbled upon Limitless. They were $50 dollars more than the cheapest price I found for the Falken Wildpeaks I was looking at. However they could order them that day and have them installed within two days. I ended up ordering from them and had my new tires installed two days later. I would have had to wait 5-7 days for the online tires, then drag them to the installer. With limitless it was all taken care of. The service was amazing, the staff seems knowledgeable and polite. A friend asked about tires for her Flex and I got her an app in two days, shes impressed with them as well. If your looking for tires look no further, give them a call.

If you are looking for a great deal on high quality tires and service then this is the place. The all season they installed on my vehicle 3 years ago preformed well during the December 2020 Calgary snow storm and its aftermath. No downside at all. Highly recommended.

Very friendly staff and speedy service. We bought new tires to be mounted on our summer rims - able to get an appointment in a reasonable time frame from when I dropped off the old tires and rims. Got a great deal on the new tires, including being placed on the rims, balanced, and swapped my winters off. Showed up at 4:30 on a week day and was on my way home at 4:50! It’s a small shop, so you may not always get a hold of someone at the desk on your first call, but they always called us back in a reasonable time frame if we left a message. Very pleased, and would return for our future tire needs.
