I was there today to have some tires changed over and they have an overall great customer service experience,q but the one most devastating thing is that they scuffed up my wheels pretty badly, I had curb damage before and now I also have lots of missing paint. Probably a good Idea to just go there if you have a super old vehicle you don't care about, then it wouldn't be a problem!

Good value for money. Professional i always put all my commercial van. Getting a new tire or just installing back my winter tires. Not so much busy place and people are good. The best part is the pricing i find it lower than the other shops. Somehow i will stick on this place. Its easy to come over too just near the tim hortons by the mcknight rd easy acces back to deerfoot. This is how i can help for the good services they made for me. They are not charging me too after a few months my tire sensor came out and no air tire pressure can top up more than 85 psi but they made it free for me i had hard time filling it at any gas station paid nothing but still the pressure is bad. Thank you again.

Needed some tyres for my 88 Dakota Project truck. Good Deal sell used and new tyres to suit ALL budgets. I picked up a set of 14" all season tyres with 9/11 tread for $150!!!! Customer service was excellent and Maureen on the front desk was very friendly and offered excellent service. You won't find tyres cheaper anywhere else in the city. They even show you around their warehouse at the tyres that are available for your vehicle and budget. Definitely will use and recommend them.

Paid $400 for a set of winter tires and installation, two days later they're flat, because of poor installation, so we come back and get were met with an $80 bill to fix their mistake. We referred so many people here, at least 5, and now we won't be anymore. Absolutely ridiculous. Steer clear, just go to Kaltire. They mess up the installation, and any service you get on their tires are free.

Bought some good deal tires . They mixed up the tread rotation. Went back to get them to fix it and the guy didn't understand why we would put the tires on the car to even out the wear pattern . He then tried his best to get rid of me instead. Told me to come back at 5 then backpaddled on that saying he was to busy . Once your OUT THE DOOR they are done with customer service . I'm leaving town and now I got to go pay someone else to to finish the job.

They have some good prices on balancing and installation of tires. I believe they also do oil changes. What I saw when visiting this location was stacks and stacks of tires. They line all the hallways, reception area, and any spare rooms. The waiting area is also very small. It didn't feel like a professional operation to me. Hey if you want a good deal on balancing and installation of tires though. This place might be for you. Not sure if I'd take a Ferrari or anything here, but an everyday run of the mill car yeah.

Amazing service. I got a flat tire on my way back to Edmonton from Canmore. I needed to find a new tire because the spare was not safe. I must have called at least 15 places but no one could accommodate me on a Sunday. Best Deal Tire was the only place that not only stayed open past their normal hours to help me out, but also gave me a great deal on the tire. If I lived in Calgary I would definitely be returning for future tire needs.

Went there for a tire repair. Nail in my tire needed to get plugged, service was fast, price was standard $20 but while I was there trying to get a quote on a set of new tires seemed like they only wanted to rate me for Chinese tires that are literally placed all around the shop. When I asked for a non chinese brands they started quoting me for really high end brands.

This would be my 4th dealing with Good Deal Tires. 1st was winter tires for my Honda. I could only afford used and got 4 used Kuhmo tires for a bargain. 2nd was fix a flat. Left tire with them and went to work. Was ready and fixed when I picked it up later in the day. 3rd was brand new set of summer tires. Very nice tires at a decent price. Today I had my winters put on and summers taken off. Phoned ahead and he said bring them in. 1 hour later I was good to go. If you need tires this is a place you can find a "good deal" and get good service too.

Sam is one of the nicest guys out there. When I first got my summers last year, he gave me such a great price and was very warm and welcoming. The same can be said for his staff and front desk, Maureen, who is very helpful and followed up with me quickly. Highly recommend Good Deal Tire, especially if you're in a bit of a penny pinch, but don't want to sacrifice safety/quality- they also do have the well-known tires as well if you're looking for those.

I brought in new expensive, summer run flats Eagle 1's for install , and upon my return home I could not figure out why so much black tar was on edge of my one rear tire. Less than 50 kms of driving on new tires, rarely drive car, I got leaks from the rim. I thought not sealed properly so took it back. Then they showed me the tire bead was damaged badly and suggested was my fault. NO IT WAS YOUR TIRE CHANGER. He did not know how to install a run flat and the forced the tires on with substantial damage to the bead and covered up his damage (knowing) by using lots of tire sealer in hopes it would not leak. Disgusted and costly to go to cheap shop. They offered to keep the tire, wow, probably to resell.

I had to purchase some new winter tires last minute. From me calling to get a quote, driving to the shop and getting them installed was just under two hours. I called tire shops all over Calgary and they had the best price (by a lot) and they had them in stock while most shops had to order them in. We got hit with a good winter storm a few days later and the tires did amazing in the snow so I'm very pleased with my purchase. Very happy with the service I received.

Good Deal Tire ensured I had the BEST DEAL on tires, period. After months of research, I was able to find suitable low-profile summer tires and didn't break the bank in the process. The tires I bought were all inclusive of installation (mount, balancing and warranty). Rob was assisting us, he provided helpful knowledge and experience to achieve the exact fitment I wanted. I was immensely impressed with the technicians who conducted themselves with professionalism and conduct (you don't ordinarily find this at dealerships much less a shop!). Very bad customer service. The receptionist is extremely rude with no regards to customer priority and satisfaction. They expect clients to just pay and go away. They do not have any space for people to wait while your tires are changed and expect you to stand outside their store in -10C for the amount of time they will take to replace your tires which could be nearly an hour or more!

I brought some tires to Good Deal Tire this morning to get installed on my truck as they were way cheaper than Crappy Tire (where I bought the tires) and I didn't have to wait 3 weeks to get them installed. I had read the prior reviews but as most seemed good I thought I'd give it a try. I had nothing to do so chatted with Rob as he installed my tires and I have to say I was very impressed with his attention to detail and his pride in his workmanship. I will never advice anyone to patronize this company unless you ready to have an accident, they sell bum tires and they are not even apologetic about it , I bought some faily use tires sometime in November and by February this tires exploded on the highway , I drove down to explain to this guyz what happened and what could be done, and the guy in charge had the guts to tell me I never bought new tires and things like this happens to tires,he never even cared to find a solution, I hope the government investigates them soon because I believe they sell expired tires, and I will b reporting to the authorities..

Under no circumstances should anyone get work done here. Brought four tires to these guys for change over and they punched 4 holes 1 in each tire in the sidewalls trying to con my wife and I into buying new tires from their store. And the dinged up her rims with prybar marks. Called the cops on them but they wouldn't do anything. Stay away!!

Have dealt with Good Deal Tire on 3 or 4 separate occasions with great results. A couple of slow leaks were fixed for like $25 and took about 15-20 minutes without an appointment. Had I gone to Canadian Tire like I have in the past, it would have taken 3 or 4 hours for much more money. Bought my last 4 tires at Canadian Tire for a good price but then they kill you with extra install and balance fees to the tune of $300 for any tires over 16", mine are 20". Anyhow, I'm due for 4 more tires this fall so I know where to go.

I got new tires put on a year ago this week. They've been a headache since they day they were put on. The day after they were put on, one of them was completely flat. I had to take an Uber to and from an appointment, which was an extra cost on top of getting AMA to come switch the brand new tire to my spare. Drove up to get the tire fixed, which was done but since that day my tire light has been on and one tire has slowly been leaking, which was never a problem previously. I've been back to the shop 7 times since to try to get this fixed and they say there's nothing they can do. What do I know, I'm not the expert. After I took my car in for an oil change this past week I asked them to turn the tire light off if they can and they told me that Good Deal likely didn't even program the tire sensors to my car since there's nothing wrong with the actual tires (since that slow leak has been fixed on one of my many trips to Good Deal). So now I'm left with tires that have been decent, but other issues that the shop has caused that I would need to pay to fix. So frustrated and disappointed in this past year of problems from them.

Stay away....bought 4 tires for SUV they completely ignored me ( I am a women) Totally bent over backwards for my husband and tried to tell him our 2015 Suv needed new tire rods ( not the case at all after going to our dealership and our mechanics who checked everything) their mechanic came back with " oh I thought but didn't have the time to check" so if you want cheap tires...but other them that do your research because they will try to take you for your money. Also a heads up it's 2021 if the wife isn't happy the husband is shopping elsewhere. Literally just bought tires from elsewhere!

I called at 10:30 AM about getting a NEW trailer tire installed on a rim that had a garbage tire on it when I bought the trailer a week prior. I was told it would be no issue, and they had the tire in stock. I dropped the tire off. Went to Tim Hortons conveniently located 2 blocks away, and by the time I returned the tire was on the rim waiting for me. The price and service was fantastic. I would recommend this tire shop to anyone as a first resource for sourcing new tires. Ridiculously fast and convenient for a last minute Saturday service.

Called the store at 10 am sunday to get my winter tires off and my all seasons put back on my rims. They told me to come in at 11:30am the same day and swapped em for me in 30 mins. The owner of this place is a very nice guy and easy to talk to if you have any questions. Not to mention their prices are better than any other store I have seen when it comes to brand new sets of tires.

DO NOT TRUST THEM!. They advertised Michelin tires with at least 80% threads left on. I double checked with them on the phone and in the store and they confirmed it with confidence. They showed me the tires from the distance and I trusted them. After installation, I checked the tires but did not find their condition as advertised at all. When I asked them to measure the threads, turned out to be 50%! The strange part was they were not accepting this fact and accusing me not able to read the gauge properly! I took my car to another mechanic and I was right about 50%! So I would say they misled me lied to me BIG TIME!

Best value for money for tires if you’re not brand conscious. In and out in a jiffy, you will be accommodated right away if not busy. My only minor concern is that they put my requested spare tire in the back of my car without putting it in a bag. Over all experience is great plus Maureen was very nice and helpful. Would recommend the place.

Great friendly service. I drove 250 km for my appointment today and was very happy they were ready for me. Got 4 new all weather low profile tires installed. Most shops charge a premium for all weather and for low profile install. Here it was the same price. Very happy. Well worth the drive.

After getting quotes for over $500 for new tires for my car, I had to find cheaper alternative. Sam put me into a set of almost new(still had some new tire nubs on them) for less than half of the new price quotes. They gave me a break on installing balancing too. Thank you Sam for the hassle free experience of tires for my car!!! Edit: May 9/18 This is my 2nd encounter with Good Deal Tire. I picked up a nail in one of the tires i had just bought here. Fixed it on short notice and I am back on the road. Thank you. This is good example of great customer service. Oh yes. The set of slightly used tires, you sold me a few weeks ago? Bought couple brand new winter tires at a great price(thanks to the girl in reception i think is maureen), and they were able to install them on my car within 2 hours (great speed considering they had customers coming and going all the time and the phone in reception was ringing non stop). Kudos to both people working reception they had to handle a lot of calls and questions from customers (myself i wouldn't be able to handle that many calls i would make mistakes) they could easily be overworking. Also the tire technicians are polite, they fixed a puncture in another of my old tires for a very reasonable price (all done while they were installing my new tires). I'm so going back next year to get tires again.

I think it is only fair to Good Deal Tire to update my post. I'm not sure what was the motivating factor, nor is it important to know. My husband received a call to come back in to discuss the situation. Both the owner, and the very nice salesman (glad he was back) were very open and willing to see what could be done to address the situation. It was a very difference experience and the outcome was positive. We have chalked this up to the owner having an incredibly bad day the previous day and hope they continue with the same level of customer care commitment demonstrated the following day.
