Worst place to shop tires. FRAUD and SCAMMERS. They sold me one tire for 215 $ for a Honda Accord. which was supposed to be two tire deal. They just took advantage of my situation.

Despite being a regular customer to this shop, I came and asked for consultation advice and Manuel (The owner) has promised not to charge me for it. When I brought the car in and told them that I am on tight budget so I cannot replace the tires but willing to pay for any mechanical fix, they (the owner and his techs) started treating me disrespectfully and refused to give me any piece of advice then charged me for $25. Lastly when I complained to the owner and told them I will not come back, he rudely responded by "Please don't"

TERRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT GO HERE !! Was quoted twice over the phone and in person bring my vehicle in and price they quoted me miraculously doesn't exist and I'm lying ? The manager has zero customer service he is extremely rude and will interrupt you everytime you speak if you're lucky enough not to be hung up on over the phone ... All they're tires are poor quality and over priced ... The installer Has NO CLUE WHAT HE IS DOING and nobody at this business even speaks clear English ( I don't get it ) Econo tire is probably the worst tire place I have ever witnessed / visited in my many years I will not be recommending this business to anybody I know and I HIGHLY RECCOMEND you go down the street to Urban XPRESSIONS and see TIRE BOB for appropriate professional service because ECONO TIRE IS A COMPLETE JOKE ! I would not let them change my tires for free after the experience I had with them ...

I’m glad I found this tire shop! I recently was turned away from another shop due to the fact I’d repaired the tire temporarily. The man at Econo Tire was polite and friendly, the works was done right and on time and the price was fair. I’ll be patronizing this store for more vehicle needs in the future!

Had a blowout at 4:30 pm while passing through on way to Vancouver, called 7 places before this one and all told us we were out of luck. These guys rushed in two tires and let me help mount them in the back as car was tricky to lift. 10/10 would recommend

Called to get a quote and probably the worst service I have ever had. Man on the phone blatantly argued with me and would not give me pricing on the specific tires I was looking for. Extremely rude, once I finally got pricing it was more expensive that midis and Canadian tire. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever. They need to learn proper customer service etiquette. The kind of place that would pay people for a 5 star review

Manuel is great! In and out with 2 new snow tires in under 30min for $250. All that on a Friday afternoon after 4 pm. I have been going to this shop for about 4 years. Always great prices and speedy service!

My wife went here for her winter tires, best prices around, they use chinese tires at first I though the low price ment low performance but after dojng lots of research and comparison videos, the cheaper tires perform same as more expensive ones. Not only that but they have warranty against defects and punctures, tire rotation aswell (if the low price wasnt good enough the warranty and tire rotation is cherry on top) We got the same day service, called it in dropped it off picked it up a few hours later. Manuel was very nice genuine guy, they put my wifes tires in bags and loaded them into the SUV. Thanks guys we will be back.

I have always found Econo Tire to be a great example of very competitive prices combined with an accommodating nature on part of everyone who works there. They have been kind, flexible and reasonable in their pricing for their products and services. It is the ONLY shop I ever go to, for all the tire needs for my vehicles.

A little over a month ago I had a tire pop and needed a replacement because I was told it couldn’t be patched. I called a bunch of places and they either didn’t have the size of tire I needed or wouldn’t do it without replacing all the tires. A family member found this place and they gave me a couple options of used tires that had very close tread depth to mine. I was able to get in and out of there in reasonable time and they were very quick and professional. The price we were told on the phone was the price we paid. Great service, great shop. There was absolutely no help to be had so we just walked out. It's important to note there was nobody else in the place other than in the office it had a see-through window and the guy just sat there and ignored us. I turned to my wife and said I don't think they want the business oh, so we walked out. There was also no place to sit down and it's a very tiny front office. Not very friendly

I'm not exactly sure what he was talking about but, the answer seems to be mumble jibberish and hang up so why call back...

Never come to this place if you have a minor problem with your car related some mechanical work . They will tell you less amount while handing over your veichle and will charge you double when go to pick up . As in my case they had to rent a part for $99 dollars to fix my car bolts. $99 . Can you imagine. Last week i rented a car for $20 per day and they rented a small part for $99.
