My car broke down shortly after I arrived in Calgary Friday evening. This was the closest auto repair shop that was open on Saturday. At 7:45 AM Saturday, I wrote them an email asking them if they had space for my car repair that day. A few mins later, I got a call saying they could get my car in! They opened at 9 AM, so it was great I could arrange my repair right away. I promptly called AMA to get my car towed there by the time they opened. Their customer service was amazing (I dealt with Pat)! They kept me updated about my car and even worked on it after hours to make sure the battery worked after they repaired the broken belt. Price was fair too. Would highly recommend for mechanic or auto repair services!

Recently purchased a new set of tyres from Country Tire. Seemingly a smaller shop than your Kal-Tires or OK Tires operations making it a bit (actually a lot) more personable IMHO. Great place to buy tires from! I was referred to them from Costco as they didn't have my size in stock. C.T.A. was able to get my odd sized tires that I needed in quickly (other places were completely sold out and not sure when they're able to get them in) and was even have them installed same day. I ended up getting a screw in my tire and called country tire auto. They were able to get me in two hours after the time I had called. Being that I live in the neighbourhood I drove my car over an hour before my appointment just to have it closer because of the leak. I was called 25 minutes after dropping off the car that it was done ! How amazing this service is that they not only got took me in early, that they got my car back to me quicker than anticipated at such a good price! Thank you so much again for the amazing service!

Got a puncture on my run flat, patched myself but still seems to leak a bit. Before this shop, I checked with Fountain Tire and other "well-known" shops for this, after knowing the model of my car, I was told around ~$120 to ~$175, which was surprising because: a. it's just a simple patch not on a sidewall; b. why does it have sth to do the car I'm driving? Then found this shop and reviews seem good, so went ahead to gave it a try. $25 it is. Quick and simple. Excellent service. No more leaking at all. Definitely my go to shop for any tire related issues. Another testimony after visiting this shop again: one of the camber bolt(eccentric) on my 11 years old car was rusted into the control arm and seized up; was trying to do the wheel alignment in the dealership, they failed after trying for an hour and charged me $100 for the attempt, fair enough. Then the prior experience at Country Tire reminded me of this shop. I explained the situation to them. They decided to give it a try. They managed to loose it up after quite some effort, and guess what, it's the flat price of the wheel alignment service in spite of all these tedious work. Not sure how it affected their schedule as they were busy and didn't expect a wheel alignment take that long. Anyway, just to say thank you. Their service are good and their technicians are good, period.

I just got back from Country Tire Automotive from what should have been a routine tire change, but once they had a look at my summer tires, they recommended for safety that I keep my winter tires on. Based on how old my car is, they didn't try and sell me on new tires, because they know that the Winters they sold me last year will likely keep me running until my old Buick drives on to car heaven. Not only do I appreciate their honest approach (and it will keep me going back for all my repairs and oil changes), but I also appreciate the compliment to my keychain, the walking me out to my car in the rain with a big sheet of plastic over my head and them taking the time to explain to me about tires and their age and tread safety. 5 stars for expertise, service and care.

I was the first person to update this business location for Google Maps and ever since I've been intrigued by it every time I drive by. It was the first place I called to inquire about a slow leak in my tire. They said they were super busy due to seasonal change overs but just to stop in anyway and leave my car with them for the day. I got in at 11:00am and Madison called me at 1:30pm to let me know my tire was repaired. Their price was extremely reasonable (much cheaper than Fountain Tire) and they can be extremely fast! Great experience here. I highly recommend booking here for tires.

Love the service and knowledge of the staff (even the lady on phone). When my TPMS sensor failed (battery died) I shopped for the best price possible. Canadian Tire told me it will cost $168 together, dealer was just below $200. In Country Tire Automotive, they advised me to buy a sensor from dealership (which was much cheaper than on Amazon or Canadian Tire ! for $35 ) and come to change it for $25. That's total saving of $108 that I will invest in winter tires or other service with Country Tire Automotive. Guys really rocks!

On this occasion, I brought in a winter tire/wheel that seem to have a slow leak. Dropped it off with them to have a look. Country Tire always provides the best possible service. They are close to my home so I had to get towed there once too get some very minor service done. They didn't charge and just said to think of them next time I needed work done. I've been back a few times since and have always been happy with their service friendliness. I had to hang out there with my four-year-old for a while and they, without being asked, swapped their TV to something that would help keep my daughter entertained. Little things like that show they actually care about their customers.

Prompt service and good customer service. However they charged way too high for labour (looked up rates -1.7 is on the higher range) in terms of the service required. For the new parts ordered, the serpentine belt used was not new as per what was expected/guaranteed as determined through a noise and further inspection. The rubber was hard which means an older belt - of which were told are under warranty. Called before and left a message to no response.

The last time I didn't leave a great post. I had come off a night shift and then at Country Tire I was charged for a part to fix an ongoing problem. I wasn't sure if they were actually catering to my problem. The same day I got a call from the shop's owner, genuinely wanting to know what went wrong. He appeared to wish to get to the bottom of it and to serve his customer, that's me. After listening to my concern, he acknowledged that the store shouldn't have charged for something they haven't been able to fix in couple of visits and offered to return the funds. I received the funds from the store and felt like there was somebody over there wanting to do good. Long story short, the vehicle's problem was fixed during that last visit and I am a happy customer. I recommend this place for tires and vehicle maintenance and I will be their customer for a long time.

Called on a Sunday. The sale's lady, Nicole was extremly helpful. I was looking for BFGoodrich All Terrain T/A KO2. On a Sunday(They Pick Up)! The price was as good as Costco and Canadian Tire, in fact a little better. She was able to price them out for me and book me a appointment Monday morning and told me I would in and out in a hour(It Only Took 35 Minutes). Much better then other experiences. Showed up for my appointment a little scared! The last tire shop I went too, scratched my rims. This was, one of my concerns until Nicole took me back into the service area. They have amazing equipment!!! Even a automated machine that changes the tire without steel touching the rim or a person. If you visit this place, ask them if you can watch it, it's pretty freak-in cool. Anyway I recommend this place.

Although they are Country Tire once again, they were 'Tirecraft' at one time. I've purchased 5 sets of tires from them over the years (Blizzaks, Revos, Falkens, etc..) and basically got shafted with the set of Continentals that I bought in late 2012 while they were under the TireCraft name. Since they no longer sell the Continental brand my warranty (sidewall bulges) was ONLY good with TireCraft and not them. In short, they tried to sell me more tires. I had to contact Continental myself in order to arrange warranty and my tires have still not yet been replaced. Not cool... **I gave them 2 stars because their service has always been quite good, but anyone with tires sold ONLY under the Tirecraft brand whose tire is STILL under warranty is likely to be in the same boat as I am...**

Went in last weekend to install a new set of Bridgestones on my SUV. Although my initial estimate was done for a wrong size for my SUV, Kelly has been very helpful and quick to rectify this issue, and even gave me a further discount to beat even Costco prices, thanks. The installation went very well and fast, I was in and out in 40 min, no technical issues so far with this process (unbalanced wheels, vibrations, etc.). Highly recommend this shop for the tire service they provide (haven't done any other mechanical services here, yet). Well done, you have won a longtime Costco client.

I normally don't leave reviews but these guys have earned it.. Back on March 19th my mechanic did a seasonal tire swap (not these guys) and noticed a bulge in one of my tires and since he does not sell tires he recommended these guys.. I remember calling on a Friday at 2pm in a panic for new tires (wife drives the kids around in this car) and it was not safe. I talked to Kelley who quickly gave me some options and asked if he can call me back in 10 minutes.. He did end up calling me back and asked if I can bring it in right at closing time and he would get me in and out in a hour. I felt bad and told him It could wait till Monday as I did not want his staff staying OT just for me, he assured me it was no issue. I took it there and the staff had me in and out in 45 minutes with a new set of tires on. Fast forward to today the wife purchased a new car and needs new all season tires after looking around at the normal shops (Fountain Tire, KalTire, OK Tire, and Canadian Tire) I called here again for a quote and once again he had the best prices and brands so the car is going back in on friday for a new set. These guys are fantastic and will be my go to for tires for all 4 Vehicles we own. 15/10 stars

I recently went to Country Tire for a new set of winter tires and rims and was very pleased with the service. They were very helpful when I was shopping around for tires/rims and prices were great. They had no issues finding wheels and tires that would fit my vehicle, despite being told by several other shops that they couldn't find anything that would fit my vehicle. The tire swap only took 15-20 minutes maximum (was probably quicker really) and so far everything has been great. Would definitely recommend considering them for future tire needs.

I googled Tire Shops and found Country Tire Automotive. Finally, an honest shop with integrity, knowledgeable, friendly staff and reasonable prices. Pat and Kelley were great to deal with - we'll be going here from now on!

Had a great first time experience! I live in the area and happened to get a flat tire this afternoon, therefore the location was convenient.They were able to get me in that day and finished within a few hours! I drive a Mercedes which often has different sized tires in the rear and luckily they had the make and model at their shop. The price wasn't bad either and they didn't even scratch my car - sorry but I'm super picky about that stuff! I would definitely recommend to anyone and will be going back for new tires in the future!

Got some new rubber here years ago. They gouged the hell out of my rims and when I complained they shrugged their shoulders and gave me suggestions on how to repaint them. I'd never suggest going here especially for low profile tires.

My first time at posting a review but this was worth IT! Visited this shop today to get a flat repaired. The price was good and in and out in under a half hour. So long story short, I left my wallet on the desk. While I was driving out of the parking lot turned right headed down Edmonton Trail. I'm a two blocks away at a red light, the manager Kyle knocks on my window and hands me my wallet back. The poor guy looked like he just ran the Boston marathon! well down Kyle, Thank you.

Needed to get replacement winter tires asap for my AWD. My tires were purchased from Costco, under warranty and discontinued. I had 1 unrepairable tire, and Costco wanted to only replace the broken and same axel tire. Also they would take a week to come in. They were not concerned with me putting 2 different tires treads on my car. Called Country Tire and Kelly was a pleasure to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Advised me that I should be getting 4 new tires for my vehicle and he was able to have the new tires in the next day from out of town. Found him very helpful and ethical. With his advice I was able to work with costco to reimburse me for the other tires I had under warranty which should have been replaced too. I did not purchase tires from Country Tire..as I had warranty with Costco, but Kelly helped me deal with them with no profit to himself. Thanks very much Kelly for your help and advice.

I have been meaning to post,a REVIEW, if you need great People and staff that look after you! Then go see Kelly, (OWNER) and their service Rep Jay and also the crew at County Tire, on EDMONTON TRAIL, They will look after you, They are a Family Business, not a big box store, AND THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENT'S. Kelly & Jay & the crew have been MY Tire store for the last 11 years, since I moved to Calgary and I will NOT go anywhere else, they fixed my emergency repair, even when they had closed up early for the day, I really felt bad about asking if they could fix it, when they had already closed for the day, but NO the staff in the shop said it shouldn't take long to check, when they took it in, they found a big bolt that has pierced my winter tire, but they took the time to fix it as I needed my van for 6 am the next day, I THANK YOU GUYS VERY VERY MUCH. Kelly, I am so glad I got the winter tires that you said would work for me, they were a god send last winter & I look forward to driving this winter with them. I have been buying tires from Kelley for about 13 years now, and I have sent numerous friends and family there for tires. Country tire is what every other tire shop in town should be... Open, Honest, and willing to help out when and where they can, even if they don't benefit from a sale. I had my car serviced here not long ago and they totally knocked it out of the park, informing me where to buy the parts cheaper than they even could. If i could give more than 5 stars i would. I spent some time getting quotes from various Tire shops and Country Tire had BY FAR the best pricing along with various other selling points. Free flat repair, warranty, etc. Short notice and still got the exact time I wanted which was early on a Saturday. Not only did they have my vehicle in before the apt time,, they were practically DONE by then. They made some helpful suggestions absolutely pressure free and they were very professional and informative. It was quite a distance for me to travel but well worth it! Highly recommend.

I tried Country Tire for the first time and was very impressed. Their price was fair and everyone I spoke with there was helpful and professional. I purchased summer tires and they mounted them on freshly painted rims without leaving even a smudge. The tires were wide also and I have run into issues at other shops when dealing with wider tires. They also had to wait nearly two weeks for me to get my vehicle in after they called to let me know the tires were in and ready to install. They were very patient and understanding. I rarely leave reviews but this one was well deserved.
