No stars! Cheap tires..doesn't pay debts. Changes company name every few months. Doesn't honor his word!!! As you see from pictures. Changes company name often. Won't pay court ordered judgement....he made complaint...court ruled against... refuses to pay AISH recipient judgement order...rip off slum lord....complaints filed re: living conditions..ahs filed reports
