I called 4 places for a quote on replacing 2 tires. With these guys I paid 50% of the lowest price I could find elsewhere, it ended up being for the same tires I already had on (other quotes were for lesser tires) and they had it all done within about an hour of me calling. awesome and quick service! popped a tire on a nail and it wasn't salvageable, another big tire company told me I needed to buy 2 (which i would have to order) and pay an installation fee totalling to over $300. Said no thanks and went to this place, charged $60 for a great used tire and installation, was done in less than 15 minutes with no hassle. Thank you guys!

Just be so careful here. I JUST PURCHASED used tire to save some money. But for some reasons I'm kinda skeptic about what I purchased. Coz what I purchased is a 7 year old tire. They should have . The date its manufactured was year 2013. I just noticed the date when everything's already been installed. And there's some cracks on the sidewall. I asked the guy and he told me that's what michelin tire notorious having. In the first place they should have disposed it. He gave me a month warranty for it.

Don't go anywhere else first! If you just need tires check out Used Tires Burnaby. He will literally fix you up on the spot. I drove in on a donut spare. He found me 2 matching tires and installed them onto my old rims and onto my car in 20 minutes flat! Amazing! And the price was so good i can't even mention it here... trust me it is worth a visit. Plus he has a pigeon coup... your kids will dig it! Thank you for saving my day!

Safaa told me that the used tires he would sell me were 70% tread left but yet did not have tread depth gauge to confirm this, 2 out of the four tires he sold me were closer to 60% tread left, also he did not balance any of tires correctly and left me with a horrible vibration at highway speeds throughout the car. I do NOT recommend doing business with this company as Safaa is both a crook and has no clue what he is doing with regards to performing basic mechanics.

Great spot, cheap, great customer service quick and easy My only one thing is when they changed my tire they switched me to a tire that was one once smaller than my previous so my car is a inch lower to the ground Not the biggest deal but it’s there maybe I should have noticed and said some thing in the moment but didn’t realize till I went back over my neighbour hood speed bump which I never scrape Now I just drive by it side ways like I said not a big deal to me but I can understand it was a super busy day Over all I had a great experience even this does not stop me from giving them a great review

Cash Jobs, not liable for when they mess it up. Guy was extreamly rude over the phone, yelling when I couldn't understand his thick accent....the volume wasn't the issue. Not better in person, after much waiting and not much help I loaded up the van and left. Talked down to me and made me very uncomfortable, bring a man and he may treat him better.

We would recommend this tire shop! We live on Vancouver island and have been searching for a good used set of snow tires. I called all the tires shops. To no avail. No one carried our size. I searched Vancouver and found Used Tires Burnaby. I called Zolt. Gave him our odd ball size and boom. He hooked us up with a beautiful set of Dunlop winter maxx snow tires on rims. $300. We saved $300. Very happy with Zolts service. Nice friendly young guy. Professional quality

Needed a couple of decent rear tires for my 2010 Volkswagen Golf but didn't want to splurge as we don't plan on keeping the car long. Called the shop and they were able to quote me a great price for some name brand tires (Goodyear at about 75% trend). I drove down to the shop and they installed it while I waited, about 20 minutes total. Quick, seamless, and great value!

Surprisingly way better than expectation. The guy was cool and super helpful and honest. I bought a whole set of used tires from him and cannot be happier for the rates. When I called in the first place his voice kind of low me down andI feel less interested but I did try to come and he is quite welcoming and helpful. Will come back for winter tire season for sure!!

Thought I had serious issue with car, turns out it was a tire issue. Now I had bought a pair of used snow tires, in October, from these fine folks. I drive a lot and over different types of roads. So when an issue with vibration happened I thought the worse$$$. Luckily , Leo was on duty ( Dec 26, 2020), resolved the issue, replaced both tires , balances and installed, quickly and minimal service charge. Very impressed, Santa Approved !!!@@@@@

Went in for a set of 4 tires. Called multiple times to verify the details. Showed up and one tire had no tread life left and another had a screw embedded in. Tried to verify details of the tires multiple times before showing up. Usually how it is with these guys. Additional note: he was firm on the $320 price. He would say “No brother these are very good!” When he saw one tire was bald and the other had a screw in it he said he would be willing to do $300. Obviously that was to get rid of them and off his hands. It is what is with these scummy sales.

This place is a scam. They used to be over near imperial and they changed locations and their name to the same as another tire shop who has since been renamed to South Burnaby Used Tires so they could get all their internet traffic. Alot of their reviews on here are bought and fake. I took my car here and had my lugnuts overtightened and sheered off at the end of season when I tried to remove them. They also didn't balance my tires properly and recked my alignment. Don't go here or else you'll end up paying more than you would at a name brand place. Been there couple of months ago for wheel alignment. Messed up everything. After that my car’s steering wheel starts to shake because of wrong alignment. It costed me inner and outer tie rods replacement. Don’t go there rather than go to other big tire service centres for quality work and it would save you thousands of dollars.

WARNING, these guys are as shady as they come. Installed a tire on my Honda that not only had zero tred left, but also destroyed the allignment of the car; costing 450 in additional repairs. Please for your own sake, avoid this horrible business.

Ì You may get yelled at and asked to call back when you figure out the answers to any questions you may have, in your own. NEVER GET BALANCING DONE HERE. AFTER CHANGING THE PRICE THREE TIMES. COMPLAINING ABOUT HE HAD OTHER CUSTOMERS WHEN I WAS THE ONLY ONE IN THE LOT. HE NEARLY 3 HOURS TO SWAP OUT 8 TIRES. ON TOP OF THAT THE TRUCK STARTED TO SHAKE AT HIGHER SPEEDS. THEY NEVER BALANCED THEM.

I can not recommend this place highly enough. They are honest and will not BS you. Several times I was told that the problem was a bent rim or some minor issue which did not require a new tire. But when one is needed they have a good selection and very nice prices. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and very efficient —- I am usually in or out within 20 minutes. Once again— highly recommended.
