Hands down the best experience I have EVER had with anything related to my car. I needed winter tires this year, and I had purchased separate rims, so there were a few moving parts to figure out. My friend recommended Rudy's Tire so I called and spoke with Kristina - I cannot emphasize how friendly and helpful she has been, walking me through all my options and providing the best price in town for what I needed. The tires were ordered and the NEXT DAY they accommodated my last minute request to do the install. The team couldn't have been friendlier, more professional, FAST, and helpful. I am honestly floored at the level of service and would recommend Rudy's Tire in a HEARTBEAT to anyone looking for premium service from an outstanding local business. They even left a sweet little gift in my armrest to thank me for my business. Incredible.

First time going to Rudy's and service was awesome. Needed winter tires for my Kia and they got me in right away. Kristina was great , they didn't have my tires size in stock but ran and got them right away. I had spare rims I wanted the winters on.So they changed out the old summers for the new tires and checked which of my summer are my best option. Will go back when I need another set for the summer absolutely. Was in and done in about an hour. My new tires look great !!!

I went to Rudy's tire that was recommended by a friend to have my minivan tire that was leaking looked at. This was my first visit here and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. Christina was the person I talked to about the issue I was having. She is very easy to talk to and really knows her stuff. She did advise me to change my tires soon as the tread was getting low. I already knew this information but it was nice to know that she was looking out for my best interest. I wanted them to put a new used tire on for me but they checked for a leak first and found that my tire was fine but the valve stem was the issue. The tire technician updated me about what was happening and was very pleasant to talk to. They fixed the valve stem and had me on my way in no time. Good service, honest advice and knowledgeable staff. I wish I knew about this place before.

Awesome service! Went here today after I discovered a nail in my tire. Called and they said I could come in straightaway. Luckily I just work down the road, so arrived shortly thereafter and drove straight in. They got straight to work patching the tire and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The service was top-notch - super friendly staff member who was lovely to talk to and very helpful as well. The price was super affordable too, especially considering how quickly the job was done. I highly recommend this place!

We went in for tires and had a Great experience.Kristina and Tyson (owners) we're super helpful and when they found out we worked in the Burnaby industrial Park they gave us 10% off.what a great deal.Also wasn't aware that they stock and install commercial truck tires and also have a mobile truck for repairs and change overs. Special note this also was the first tire store that I ever been too that was nice and clean. Great place

I had a suspected puncture in my tire, so I stopped in to have it repaired. They just removed the screw, checked for leaks, found none, and so didn't even charge me for the time. I'll definitely go back for tire service if I need it!

After CT said i need to leave the car overnight for a leaking tire I found this shop on Google very close by. Rudy and Bill was in the shop sipping coffee ready to jump into action. They are very friendly and candid. Rudy got some classic and cool looking machines for working on tires. They are a little older but are experts on tires. Sometimes little businesses are exactly what we need when there is too much commercialization around us.

Fantastic service, super fast and a great price. I pulled in with a flat tire and someone was outside helping me as soon as I got out of the truck. Great tire store!! Kristina was so wonderful and patient getting quotes for winter tires and wheels. Got the tires and wheels and are so happy with them! Will be our go to shop for tires and anything tire related. The tire technician was awesome too! He took the time to explain changing the tires so that if there was ever a flat, I could do it myself. Sorry for the late review when we got the tires and wheels in December.

I definitely would recommend Rudy's Tire Ltd. I was very impressed at their service My tire on my triple axle boat trailer was shredded and I could not get the nuts to loosen due to rust. I called their number on a public holiday and Kristina responded right away. She understood my problem came over with her fully equipped truck and her assistant including a spare tire and within 30 min they had the job done. They even went one step further to get the nuts loosened on the remaining tires, cleaned, greased and re tightened. Thanks for a job well done.

Had what I thought was a difficult repair to the left rear tire but once the guys took off the tire the they ensured to remove the piece that punctured the tire out carefully. This was very important because of the damage was made worse then that might result in a the tire not being able to be repaired. Great work and friendly team members who care about the customer not just the business. Would recommend Rudy’s Tire to anyone looking for a repair or new tires because they guys care and provide excellent service!

My mom had a flat tire on her way to work. So I came and dropped her off at work and changed the tire at Rudy's. I was stuck with two cars at this point. So I dropped one of the cars at her work place and had no way of getting back to the other car. Kristina not only helped me out with a good deal on the tire and checked the other tires but she also GAVE ME A RIDE to the other car
