These guys are amazing I have pickled ties from them multiple times for both myself and my mother and in all cases they have provided the best quality service repaired their own tires free of charge as well as guided me and explained what was done to the tires and what needs to happen next, have me few great options and gave really good advice ! Great team, good prices and just very much attention to every little detail, I wish more stores were like this store. One small wish is if you guys can have wifi in your warehouse so people with laptops can do some work, that would put icing on the cake ( or just have Shaw wifi ) :)

In my opinion $29.95 is rather steep to have a tire mounted (it used to be $20 until recently) At that rate I expect they would fill my tires with Nitrogen - Unfortunately they do not. The customer service was good but I will shop around for better pricing next time. (FYI - COSTCO = $15/Tire with Nitrogen)

Went there for an alignment.. Was booked in for that day. Ended up getting an alignment and a wheel balancing. Super fair price, for 15 dollars more than a Kal Tire alignment I had both alignment and balance done! Great service.

Love their service. Have them done my wheel alignment after suspension modification and it was done very professionally and very quick as well as redo my wheel balancing after different shop , which had two attempts and still wasn't able to do it right , so the blamed brand new tires. NTW has done very fast right on spot with great accuracy, do finally my problem is gone. Pricing is very competitive and more than fair.

We went there to install winter tires we purchased from them. First, a guy looked at tires and said they are not the brand they carry so they won't install them. We had a record shows we bought the tires from them, so eventually they agreed to do it. After the service, we noticed TPMS light on so we went back. The same guy said there is no sensors on the wheels and I have to go to Honda to install sensor. We are sure our tires DO have sensors (we also have a record that shows they do). He told us wrong information twice! And still he kept telling us they can't do it even without take one look. Not helpful at all.

My go-to place for new tires, tire swaps and nail patches. It's an owner operated small shop that's been around for a long time, friendly trustworthy and knowledgeable. They carry a good selection of tire brands well stocked at their local warehouse at reasonable prices. The service is always quick and efficient usually done while you wait. They align and repair suspension as well. I won't go anywhere else as long as NTW is around!

No idea how this place is still operating, never had a good time talking to anyone inside the store. Manager seems to just send away customers he doesn't like. Sent multiple friends and family to this location only to be turned away. Holding a manager possition must have its toll on the ability to deal with customer service in a proper manner. My dad went to these guys years ago to get overload springs put in his truck. So when it was time for me to get an alignment, they were the first ones I checked out. I sent an appointment request on Sunday night Andy they got back to me Monday morning with a confirmation of my time and date. They were very quick in spotting me in and very quick with the alignment. I was told it would take 30-45 min but it was more like 25 which was great! Overall it was a great experience with a great price, will be back for sure!

Absolute fantastic experience. Especially for the price! I was referred by Westcoast Auto Repairs, which is another amazing honest, transparent auto shop for your parts! My alignment was quite off when I brang it in. Afterwards, I did some off and I asked to fix it and they did. However, after 3 days for some reason. It started going off again and so I brang it in. Now, it’s been way better since then! Best customer service experience, definite recommend! Quite honest & transparent shop to be frank. I requested 4 wheel alignment but they charged me 2 wheel since the rear wheel didn’t need to be alignment.

Went to NTW this morning. Walked in bought summer tires new rims along with winter tires mounted on my old rims ( in prep for the winter) Got a smoking deal 2 sets of tires for what I would have paid for one set at other places I checked. The only thing which has nothing to do with the products or service is getting to this location using a GPS which failed in two attempts in two different days and two different routes. So, ultimately, I think it's best to use a map like the old fashion way. Edited: A month later. I noticed all four of my shiny mag wheels are damaged. The damages could be the result of clamping. But unfortunately, on shiny mags, the damages are quite obvious. I am reducing the rating by 2 stars.

Means they pride themselves on doing a great job without worrying whether they've impressed customers enough to write good reviews. Dealership tends to overpice so I came here to get whole set of tires changed on my Mazda 3 2014. Very fast and efficient! Great set of Yokohama tires for a decent price which includes installation etc. The owner was super friendly and helpful. Total time for installation: 50 min. Will be back again if I need tires or other servicing!

Sent my elderly father to the river road location for new tires after almost 2 years his tire was constantly going flat so he took to them for a flat repair where he was told repeatedly there was nothing wrong with the tire and there was nothing they could do and would need to buy a new rim. He went to the dealer for a new rim where he was as informed there was a nail in his tire which they would gladly fix for free. For about 6 months he was filling it with air once a week thinking that a new rim was a little expensive but finally grew tired of airing it up. Lucky the dealer actually looked at the tire for him.

I went to National Tire today after researching many other tire places in a 20 mile radius of where I live. National Tire not only gave me the best price (by quite a margin), they also gave me EXCELLENT service. I was given a time to bring my car in to replace all 4 of my tires and was told it would take about an hour. I was shown to a comfortable waiting room with coffee, water, a current newspaper AND a spotless washroom. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and my car was done in less than an hour!!! All in all it was a very positive experience!!! What more could you ask for........service with a smile, FRESH coffee and the best price in town. Not only am I recommending National Tire I am also having each and every member of my family to go there for any and all of their tire needs. Do yourself a favor and go there before you try anywhere else. You will save yourself a lot of time and money and have a chance to meet some very wonderful people :)

Been a customer since the late 90's when the products and service was great. Over the years, they stopped carrying name brand tires and don't focus on customer service. As they now only offer offshore junk brands, I bought tires online. Went to get them installed. Was told to leave my car there at the end of the day and come back at the end of the following day!! He said it very rudely, they will work on my car IF they have some down time as I didn't buy the tires there. Granted, I didn't buy the tires there, they say there's hardly any markup anyway..........I AM STILL PAYING FOR THE LABOUR at a premium rate. From what I recall, extra $5/tire install cus not bought there. Obviously I didn't wan to leave my car overnight.......took them to Costco and had them installed for half the price! I will NEVER do business there in future.

This place has the best service when it comes to taking care of my tires. There's no pressure, no series of upsells that I don't want. Just good recommendations and great results. Prices are very good, and the selection is where they also excel: better rated tires for better prices than franchise stores: The tires I buy here last longer than anything I buy at Canadian Tire. Great experience. I had the rims on my Charger SRT8 changed to replica Viper ones. Pricing was better than I found anywhere else. They checked fit and once that was ok had the job done quickly and efficiently while I waited. Dressing the sidewalls of the tires was an appreciated bonus. Called at least 6 places in South Delta to patch and/or plug a tire for me. Nobody could do it but, National did! I was & out within 40 mins and it was affordable - $30.00 Even though I wasn't spending a lot of money they were still very kind and professional. I definitely would look to them again in future.

I see so many great reviews but I have to say my experience has been way below acceptable service. I went national tire warehouse on Sunday to look at some new all season tires and rims. I was helped by a person named Mike who was really knowledgeable and overall nice. He quoted me a great price for a good product so far so good. He told me that they were booked up on Sunday and couldn't install my tires which is understandable. So I asked can I make an appointment and he says it's first come first serve. I explained to him that I could come in on Friday and was willing to pay up front so I could ensure I got service as I was taking the day off to deal with this and had limited time as I was going out of town. His response was to call on Friday and he would let me know how the day looked. I decided to call on Wednesday to see if there was anyway I could slot a time cause I really didn't want to take any chances. The person who answered was very abrupt and said first come first serve with no other options like let me take your name come in early and we will help you nope just first come first serve. Ok fine then so I didn't want to take a chance so my plan was to be there at 730am as their hours say they open at 8am and it's "first come first serve right". I get there at 730am on Friday and they're already open with a line up. Looks like only certain people get the privilege of getting this information cause when I called on Wednesday there was no mention of them opening early. Was I supposed to camp out over night? I get to the counter and they tell me 4pm is when I can expect get my tires and rims cause they opened early and were already booked up. I had to catch a ferry at 3pm and took the day off just so I could get their early. And what's early 5am, 6am, 7am, "we opened early" isn't even a time. What a joke. I get it the snow was falling everyone wants tires but when you call ahead of time and try to work something out and they can't even say hey come in at this time cause we'll be open early and you'll get service that's unacceptable. If you have time to waste this is the place to go. I don't even expect the owner will read this cause they can't even be bothered to update their website or Google listing to let people know what's going.

I recently got brand new Continental tires from them for my BMW X5 in Jan 2018 and I have already had two incidents with nails in my tire. I understand they can do nothing when I get nails in my car tires. However, the first time in September when my tire blew out it was totally damaged and I had to get a full replacement. Now in December I had another two nails in a different tire and they repaired it but it has started to leak again. I am not planning to go back to them. I am going to get the tires replaced at Canadian Tire. I did not feel comfortable with the atmosphere, the attitude of the staff and the overall feeling NTW in Burnaby left me with. I cannot accuse them of anything specific but I don't feel I can trust them.

Horrible customer service I bought new tires and wanted them mounted on a set of extra wheels I had. Since they are a block from my work i stopped in to see if they would mount them for me. Stopped by on Sunday a couple weeks ago and talked to a sales rep and he said yah we can mount them for 100 bucks. The next day I loaded the tires and wheels in my car and drove over to drop them off and pick them up the next day, and another sales rep said they wouldn't mount them because I didn't buy them from them. What a hassle, maybe they should communicate a little better. I called another shop just down the street and he said "sure bring them over" so I dropped them off and went back to work. after work I went and picked them up and saved 25 buck!!
