The most unprofessional and irresponsible service center I ever dealt with. And for sure i will not dealing with them in the future. After i booked my appointment online before almost 3 weeks, i came to my appointment yesterday and I was early because I know the don't keep their promises. I Waited for almost 1 hour and half and they even didn't get my car inside the shop to start with it. They said we are "over booked"! And they told me we have to book you again for another day. And we agreed that they will booked me for Friday 6:30 pm. However, i just received a call from them they telling me that its set to 6:30 am and unfortunately they dont have any appointments available for the next 3 weeks. Is this a joke?! Really?!

Terrible Service. We had booked an appointment for 3PM for a tire swap. We arrived on time and were informed that they were running a little behind which was fine we had some shopping to do. 3 hours later we are still waiting for the car to be completed. Will never take my car here for service again ever! Save your time! Worst customer service experience ever.

Worst customer service EVER. Be aware of the korean lady that works at the front counter here. She booked the appointment time at the WRONG place, (obviously I came to the Brighton Ave Costco because I wanted service at this location).The tire guys were very confused when I came in for my appointment and assumed I booked online and didn’t check the Costco Tire location which is not true. Apart from this, there was a lot of miscommunication and misunderstandings when it came to installing the winter tires as well - they told us one of the nuts next to the driver’s wheel couldn’t be installed because it was cross threaded. They asked us where we got our initial tires installed, suggesting that we go and get it put back in there as they don’t have the tools for this. I didn’t understand how they have the tools to take the nut out but don’t have the tools to put it back in? We only could understand after we went back to our car dealer who explained they had used their automatic tools to take it out, making the nut unusable when it was already worn out. It required a careful job and had to be manually taken out by hand. PLEASE BE AWARE if you have an old vehicle and want tire service here! To sum up, this whole experience has been a nightmare and I want to avoid any tire service here in the future.

Best prices on truck tires in town that I could find, other locations would not price-beat Costco. Tire selection in my experience is very limited, and sporadic (I've seen tires be available for a day, and disappear for a bit only to come back again later). I wish Costco offered MAXXIS Tires. Ordered online, and scheduled service online. My service appointment took twice as long as I was told to expect. I came with 5 rims; 4 which had tires already on them, and 1 rim new. The new rim was mounted on my truck and the dirty/salty used wheel was left in my interior with no bag. My truck was left parked facing into a parking space which made it difficult to back out during a peak time. That should have not happened; I know other customers get 4-5 star service here, but in my experience it was a 3 star experience.

There is more selection of appointments if you book online. Daily walk in appointments are available first come first serve, so you better be in line at 5:30am during busy seasons

Waiting hours for a tire change because of overbooking. Seems like this is a constant problem. Either take less appointments or hire more techs.

Called in ahead of time to ask what time they open for walk in appointments. Person on the phone told me 8am. Showed up, and they were already full because they open at 6am. When I told the lady working there this, she said that multiple people have told her they also got told the wrong time on the phone. Sucks, but you guys need to train your staff better.

Costco tire center is great in theory but that is where their greatness ends. I would equate Costco tire to an airliner that overbooks seats on your honeymoon trip and you get left behind. Okay maybe not that bad. But that’s what they do. 1 hour turns into 2 which turns into 2.5. So what do I do with this time to kill you ask? Leave a one star review and snack on some dates I just got. Circle of life.

I visited 5 times castco tire center for book my tires, it was showing out off stock, finally I booked tires for my car ten days before, and they confirmed my order and also confirmed installation date. Now after ten days they sent a email that your order is cancelled. I called to castco help line, they said they don't have tires so they cancelled your order. They are just waiting time and didn't understand others trust on Costco. I will suggest to Costco, don't brack trust of customers and don't play with there regiments.

Terrible service, told me an hour wait time took 2.5 hrs and then they said nope nobody told you 1 hour, so I'm the liar. Then they didn't put my tires in bags because they ran out and only had seat covers so they just put the tires on my seat when I asked why they didn't use seat covers he's like oh to late now. Terrible never going here again.

Needed an emergency flat repair. Staff were very accommodating and efficient. The repair was done in about 30 minutes less than the estimate. Cost of the repair was significantly lower than traditional tire shop prices Would definitely use their service in future.

It took three-and-a-half hours to complete a tire change out. We also requested that the all-seasons be loaded into the vehicle in a specific way (to accommodate a stroller and car seat), and this was not done.

Best tire shop ever! they went above and beyond, I had a nail in my tire and even though they didnt have my tires in stock they were able to patch my tire up. They even helped me fix the position of my tires and swap the driver and back passenger as they were in the wrong place. Will def be my go to in future!

Terrible customer service I have ever seen. My Truck need a new tire for replacement. First time I went to the tire centre, a technical guy checked my tire and wrote down the tire model for me. I placed an order according to the direction and made an appointment to install it. Then the nightmare came. The technical guy refuse to install it because of mismatching with original one. I was told that I must purchase a pair of tires to make it work, so I took the tire with me since I cannot make an immediate decision. next day, I noticed that the security nut was not returned, and have to drive to store again to retrieve it. Thanks god, they didn't lose it. After thinking twice, I still preferred to purchase tires from Costco. When I was in store again to place order, the guy who checked my tire in the first place told me that a pair wouldn't work because my truck is 4 by 4. Are you kidding me? why you didn't tell me in the first place? Although I felt terrible, I tried to be nice and asked how to return the tire. He said I need to drive in the tire centre, load the tire and refund it from the tire centre help desk. I drove in again, the tire centre lady refused to return it, asking me to carry the tire all way to the membership service. I did that, the membership service refused to return it as well, drove me back to the tire centre. I was so angry that those guys treated me like an idiot. I drove to the store 10 times, wasted lots of time and got nothing but an easy apologize. Nobody care about your experience, although they claim 100% user satisfaction guaranteed. super disappointed and thinking about quit the membership.

3 hrs waiting even after booking an appointment. They won't tell tou wen you drop-off the vehicle. It could be because if labour's shortage but atkeast giving a heads up when dropping a key won't hurt

Dont waste your time. Terrible experience. Booked the first available appointment which was 3 weeks in advance online. I dropped the car off and was told it wouldn't be too long. 30 minutes later I get a call saying that they are unable to install my brand new tires on the vehicle because they were not bought through costco. Nothing online says that you have to have bought the tires at costco to have them installed on your vehicle. I called the manager later that day and was told that costco bought tires have a priority. I understand that, but i also had an appointment that i had booked for weeks! When I booked the appointment I should have been "non-priority" but when my appointment date comes, you better do it! Wasted 3 weeks waiting for my appointment and now I won't be able to get the tires on before snowfall! Thanks alot costco!

Had an appt today scheduled for 530pm. They called around 12pm today to let me know they were running an hour late. Would be better to have more notice but it wasn't a problem for me. Staff was friendly and had the car done within half an hour. Got a good deal on the tires and a $100 Costco card which I wasn't expecting but was pleasantly surprised!

On the way to Costco we must have run over a small piece of metal, which caused the tire to be almost completely deflated by the time we got there. We spoke to Alexander in the tire center, and he helped us get the spare tire on, and also got us some quick estimates for tire replacements. Alexander refused to take any tip, and we were very grateful for his assistance!

I just walked in earlier to ask some questions regarding some winter tires and Luisa was pretty dismissive and rude to me. I don't know much about winter tires and was hoping to get some insight and brand comparisons and unfortunately since I didn't know exactly what I wanted and didn't know that Costco did not carry some brands that were on my list of brands to look into she didn't really seem interested in helping me. I wasn't super impressed with the attitude and have taken my business elsewhere.

Costco tire center staff always go above and beyond in providing the best service for reasonable prices. Would not go anywhere else in Kitchener.
