EXCELLENT MECHANIC - EXTREMELY IMPRESSED! I've been bringing my car to Ivan for the past 3 years and I cannot be happier with his service. He is fair and honest, and also takes the time to explain everything. As someone who does not know much about cars, I appreciate when Ivan shows me exactly what he's talking about by shining a flashlight on my car while it's hoisted, or by showing me on Google. I have also had pleasant experiences with his staff as well. When I was in the market for a new car, Ivan personally phoned some of his auto colleagues and helped me search for one. Once I found a car that I was interested in, I brought it to Ivan to inspect before purchase and he gave me a whole report on the issues that he discovered and we were able to negotiate the repairs with the dealership. Ivan is not one to pull tricks or rip people off. In fact, when my car broke down with it's snow tires on, Ivan advised me that the cost of changing them out would likely not be worth selling them. Any other mechanic might have done it anyways and handed us a bill, but Ivan cares about saving me money! I trust his work, professionalism, generosity and kindness (plus he reminds me of my dad, so there's that too!) Go to Ivan, you will not be disappointed.

The worst mechanic I have ever been to. The owner Ivan had ripped me off to the tune of 1300$ and had disconnected many parts. Avoid this mechanic and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH IVAN THE OWNER. Rude unprofessional and arrogant people yo deal with.wish had stuck with bmw dealer for service.

Flat Tire over the long weekend, Ivan opened the shop to do a tire repair on his day off. Didn't even charge me. Couldn't ask for more. -much recommend.

I needed a vehicle inspection done for a notice & order I was issued by VPD. I was first told to do some work to my car in order for it to pass and then bring it back. I did the work (all ready to pass) and asked when I could get it in, I was told Tuesday the earliest as Monday was a holiday so I dropped it off early on Saturday*. Come Tuesday afternoon I call and they say it wasn't ready and they still need to figure something out (very vague) but was then told it'd be ready the next morning for pick up (Wednesday). Now it's wednesday at noon and I give them a call for an update with no answer. I then receive a message from one of the workers there who I'd been in contact with that their "partner shop that does the inspection is renewing their license so we have to wait 2 weeks to do it". So first off my car wasn't ready the day I was promised and now I'm told they haven't even got it in to be inspected. Huge waste of my time and to top it off I noticed my odometer went up 55 km from when I dropped it off. Which I later am told it's because they had to take it to Richmond for the inspection... that couldn't get done. Maybe call ahead next time to ask and be more clear with your customers. * The notice & order was a Box 2 which gives you 30 days to get passed which I surpassed so I needed the inspection done ASAP

I usually don't write reviews. However these guys did a perfect 10/10 job. I got a great quote for painting my bumper which had some scratches (much less than dealerships would charge. Matter of fact, if dealerships and other garages are too busy, they bring it to GN Autobody!). The paint job was excellent, and on top of that, they dealt with a small dent on the side of the car at the same time too! They also seemed to have washed and vacuumed it very well! Great staff, really all of them together. Thank you Ivan, Adriana, and also the other ladies that gave me a ride. Have a nice day :)

Ivan is a beauty I was switching out my winter tires for my summer ones and one had become rusted on. Took it in to Ivan without an appointment and I was out of there in under 15 minutes without even getting charged. The shop floor is so clean you could eat off of it and there is a nice waiting area with Netflix (with a separate account set up for kids) while you wait. Just moved to this neighbourhood and he will be my mechanic on all things moving forward.

Ivan has been working on my car and my parents car for the past year, love him. Even if he is busy he gives his vehicles to his employees and starts trying to figure out what is wrong with my car. I have compared his prices with other shops he is very fair with the prices and the labor charges he gives me. My car is a BMW and I wouldn't trust anyone else with it.

These guys are the life savers. Not only did they did an efficient job for oil change & filter, the owner also replaced interior light dimmer whenever the door opens--- no charge! Take all credit cards. Specialists in European cars as well, Adam is nice and friendly.

I had a bad experience here and I want to warn others. I reached out to the owner (Ivan Antonio Atkins) and he quoted me a price to fix my car. I agreed and drove to the shop to drop off my car. Unfortunately, the owner wasn't there and I was told by the receptionist to come back and drop off my car at a later date. I wish I was informed earlier about this before coming all the way to the shop but that is okay. Afterwards, I reached out to Ivan to make an appointment to drop off my car. No reply from him. I tried to contact him a bit later and again was ignored. Since I need to use my car a week later, I end up going to another shop to get my car fixed. I can't comment on the service, because I never received any. For all I know, they may be very good at their job. However, the owner's needs to improve on his customer service and communication.

Amazing people! Long story short we got a flat tire during holiday season! big o tires was the only place around that asked us to come right down and they'll see what they can do. Unlike other places that told us it would be a week or a couple days until they could help. Once we arrived it was all of 10 minutes until our spare was fixed, they said merry Christmas and sent us in our way free of charge!!
