Horrible place, STAY AWAY!!! They don’t know how to size tires, and put snow tires on my truck that were too big. As I drove away the tires would rub and make horrible noises, I asked if they were sure they tires were correct for my car, and they reassured me the tires were the correct size and that it was my truck. Later, I brought the truck to another garage (this garage I know I can trust %100,) where they told me the front tires were infact to big and had caused $1400 dollars of damage to the front end of my car, and almost ruined my power transfer case. It completely ruined our Christmas holiday. I feel like a fool. Now I have two useless tires. The guy who runs the place just yells at the staff, and half the time the staff are just standing around in a group at one end of the garage. Horribly unorganized place.

The owner is a kind, respectful man and offers EXTRAORDINARY savings. The Michelin tires that I got would’ve easily cost me $1,450 elsewhere. Thursday at 2:30 before the Easter long weekend my tire gets a flat at the McDonald's on Guelph Line. I pop the spare on in the McDonald's parking lot, turn around and take the tire here. The guy says, I'll call you in half an hour and tell you if I can patch it. He calls, asks me to come back in a half hour, the tire is patched. $33.90 tax in and less than 2 hours later, I'm driving back home. The guys here are so nice and reasonably priced and I have had experiences like this every time I've taken my car here. Thanks guys!

Mohamed is a gentleman who gives excellent service at a great price....new or used tires he has what you need . I've been coming here for over 5 years and each time I come I am always pleased with the price and the work that he and his team do. I've shopped around for better prices many times but I find that he is always well priced so I no longer waste my time checking.

Piece of trash shop. The owner has left shop in the hands of an idiot who instead of being helpful and solving issues of customer starts with i cant do it. Then will start his non stop babbling about 100 excuses of not doing a simple job. I would rather go to there other shop at fairview as thats in much professional hands than an idiot sitting on this shop

I have been using this place for years. I did get good deals on used tires and they handled flat tires right away. This year they "lost" my wife's winter tires that they stored for her. They sent her to three locations to track them down but there is no record of them in their system - all she has is the receipt from last year. I will update this review when I go there to investigate what has happened. Until then I give them a one-star review. UPDATE: The owner/boss found the tires when I followed up in person, with a waiting room full of people. There was some miscommunication that he wasn't willing to own up to, but I guess that's what passes as normal in the age of Trump. Otherwise a reliable and fairly priced place to get tires. Don't get your high end tires patched here however. They will tell you it can't be patched and offer to sell you a lower end replacement. Guess what they do with your old tire after you leave!

So my father has been going to these guys for years they always give him good prices on great used tires. The same goes for me I picked up some winter tires from them in January and they gave us a great price for the tires and they also came with rims. Unfortunately one of the tires had a slow leak that has got progressively worse there was already a patch on it so we went and took off the old patch and threw a new one that didn't work either so I brought the tire back to them and explained the situation so then we tried to plug it and that didn't work so I needed a new tire he found me a nice Pirelli winter tire and when I asked him how much it would be he said don't worry about it because of what had happened to my first tire. They even offered to put the new one on which was something I was gonna do my self but he said not to worry and they put it on so it saved me a little bit of time. Overall I highly recommend these guys because they have a great selection at great prices and are very reasonable and understanding I will definitely be coming back when I need either new or used tires.

This and Total Tire in Burlington are the tire service and sales stores for Burlington. These guys know their tires and can eyeball a defective tire. They are that good. They do not oversell you also - if you only need one or two tires, that is what they will tell you. I moved to Burlington in July 2018. They are my tire store for life.

My tire would go flat every 2 days. I couldn't find the hole so I took it in and they found it in a couple of minutes. Plugged it up and had it back on the car in a few minutes for $15.

Prices were okay but I found the staff to not be very personable. They didn't have a set of 4 so you'll likely have to mix and match. Honestly there's probably better options for used tires than these guys. They're tucked away behind a plaza so hard to see from the street.

DO NOT GO HERE after a month on their tires the whole belt was coming out. I went to return them and was accused of attempting to return tires that he had not sold me. He did give me a partial refund since it was past the month refund policy. I was also accused of it being my fault that my alignment was the issue. I had it checked twice by a mechanic and there was no issue. My father also caught them selling illegal tires with plugs in them. They are not allowed to sell these. This place used to be good I bought tires from them once and they are still good I'm using them now over these ones I just bought. If it's different management or new owner I'm not sure but they have sold illegal parts and poor quality for way too high of a price. If i could give negarive stars I would

If you know what you want, this is a great place to get cheap tires at a really good price. I’ve bought a total of 8 tires from this place now and haven’t had a problem with any of them. They won’t barter with you too much so the price you get is the price you get. Also I’d recommend buying the tires and having a nicer place install them.

Eventually got service for a winter tire change, but the waiting room felt like a hostage situation. No escape, stuffy waiting room and the manager would rather take dozens of phone calls before considering talling with the line-up of customers in front of him. Disorganized owner, and generally rough-around-the-edges staff even by mechanic shop standards. Often try and pass B-tier brands of tires as top class thinking that buyers somehow can't read the brand on the sidewall. The only saving grace is that the tire swap was $10 cheaper than Mr. Lube with much less of a wait time... But I hardly think it was worth the poor customer experience.

I just purchased gently used winter tires and rims for my Acura TSX and Mohammed was super nice and helpful. He showed me the rims and tires prior to purchase and gave me time to compare with prices online and tire brand reviews and did not rush me at all. My rims are partly dinged up but are in good condition and i had my tires replaced three times and on the third time i need my tires balanced because it was vibrating when i drove on the highway. Went here and said my rims were the problem and didnt even try to find a solution to the problem nor give me explanation and I ended up paying 70 bucks for nothing. I went to another tire shop for a 2nd opinion and they found nothing wrong with my tires and rims it just need to be balanced, in which they actually did there job. Brutal
