I called up Total tire as i had a screw in my tire and i needed it fixed asap, they told me to come in even though they were about to close. I drove in, they quickly jumped on my problem, it turned out that the screw had not punctured the tire all the way through, it was short. lucky for me, they did an inspection and checked tire pressue on all wheels and it was done. I thought the technician was very considerate and proactive. I only spent $10 bucks, When I called canadian tire they couldnt see me for 3 days.. and Total tire took me in within 10 minutes.. my kind of place, Im going back next time i need tire service

My car was damaged and the owner, Mohamed, will not even speak to me and keeps hanging up on me. I brought my car to have my winter tires put on yesterday at 10am. I left the vehicle and the tires with them. I received a call at 1:30pm stating that they couldn't find my winter tires, put me on hold and then came back a few minutes later letting me know they found them. Received another call at 2pm that my car was ready. Arrived at 2:15pm to pick up my car and found that coffee had been spilled on my drivers seat. After nearly 45 minutes of speaking with an employee, the owners son and the owner over the phone, and being told they do not drink coffee in the vehicles and that I must have done it and not noticed it when I dropped the car off (the spot was still wet!) - the owner acknowledged the coffee and said he would pay to have the seat cleaned. I left very upset, got home and noticed that there was further damage to my car. My drivers door had a ding in it down to the metal and was bent! Also, the bumper under my trunk was gouged. The shop closed at 3pm, so I couldn't go back to report the damage to them. Today, two attempts have been made to speak with the owner - who told me flat out I'm lying, they accept no responsibility and that I'm making things up. I offered to show him photos of the car - which I've only had a little over a week so I have lots of photos of it - that clearly show no damage on my door or back bumper under my trunk hatch. I've called the police as well to speak with them about next steps regarding this. Mohamed, you have surveillance cameras set up, review them and admit that one of your employees damaged my car!

I was referred to by a friend to purchase particular tires for my Benz. 2 different sets. The mechanic took off the tires and told me that because I don't have the original rims I don't need the required tires, I can purchase regular tires all the same. I called a few days in Advance to book a set of new tires for my car. The gentleman over the phone gave me a great price for the specific tires I was looking for and booked me in for a Saturday afternoon appointment. Come Saturday, I’m bring my car in a half hour earlier than my appointment at 1:30pm. This was the weekend right after the first snowfall and they were booking walk-ins for snow tires. As of right now it is 4pm and I’m still sitting here and my car just went up on the hoist. What a waste of an afternoon... Overall great prices, but I think I will take my car to have the tires mounted elsewhere. You book someone for a time, you get it done on time. Also, during my time waiting they lost someone’s keys in the shop. So you can see what kind of business they run here.

Amazing fast and friendly service. Open on a Sunday! My brother ran over a piece of metal earlier in the morning. We called around to find a place to repair or replace the tire. They took it in right away and said they would see if they could repair before selling him a new tire. They were able to repair it promptly. Will definitely be going back.

Wheel refinishing and new performance summer tires - great service, great price! Brought in my wheels for refinishing, one of which was badly curbed due to my own stupidity at a drive-thru. Chad did the refinishing job and I'm very happy with the outcome - the colour is perfect, and to ensure there were no inconsistencies they also cleaned up and colour-matched the other three wheels. Definitely recommend Total Tire!

They performed $800 worth of work that wasn't authorized and left me no choice but to pay the $1600 bill or not get my vehicle. Totally disappointed in the underhanded way this repair cost was squeezed out. I guess I should be grateful that a whole $50 was deducted from the bill for the inconvenience.

Fast, inexpensive and they had the tire I needed in stock. Looks like they have a big selection of quality used tires. I got a flat and only needed one. Removed the donut, took the punctured tire off my wheel and replaced it with the new tire and put it on my car in 30mins for just $60 plus tax. You can't beat that. I'm going back this fall for a set of winters for sure.

I purchased my tires and rims from these guys about a year ago when I got my new car, the first set they ordered for me didn't quite fit because of my large brakes, but they happened to have another set in stock for the same price. I also go here for my on seasonal on rim tire changes as other shops want almost 2x what they are asking for. My car has an odd staggered setup, where the wider tires are on the front (AWD but front wheel bias) and they checked and double checked to make sure the customer (me) wasn't wrong about that. I appreciate the extra mile.

Always used to go to Oakville Total Tire. Moved since then and now go to the Burlington location. I always walk in and say I need new tires and they hook me up with a good price and service on the spot. No joke. Took wifes car in for new tires and they had the best price around. A few days ago had to get new tires and sold me on Michelin Defenders. I usually agree to the price on the spot because in the past while installing, I go online, shop around and make a phone call or two to check prices and I end up wasting my time. Best service, best prices. (Side note i dont do appointments.. Wife thinks im weird. If company wont service me as customer, I go elsewhere. I have a fee companies in the GTA on my blacklist)

BEWARE - price changes upon delivery. I had a Rim repaired and a tire mounted. I was told 110, I offered 100 CASH, I paid upfront and thought all was good. Picked up my wheel that was mounted and left. Then the rim with the crack I went to pick up and they added a 40% mark up. They said I owed another 40$ after I had confirmed with 3 staff 4 times that everything was good. After picking up the rim they demanded an extra 40$, after arguing with them they had the audacity to tell me “I TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE LIKE HIM “ clearly I was taken advantage of. VERY POOR BUSINESS ETHICS FROM THIS BUSINESS I suggest you get quotes in writing from this establishment, prior to conducting business.

Pretty good place price-wise to get tires mounted on rims and balanced, but only if they get it 100% right the first time. I brought some rims and tires for them to be mounted and installed, and was told to keep them outside so they could work on them throughout the day. I did not appreciate having to leave my tires outside, so I didn't find that too professional. Also, my tires/rims have a slight vibration I can feel in the seat, which they are more than willing to attempt to fix with a rebalance, but these guys only do first come-first serve, and they are very busy at this point in time, so good luck getting them to work on your tires a second time. I gave up trying to visit, but on the upside, the mounting/balancing cost me the same price as other tire shops charge for mounting only. I am not sure if they use a Hunter Road Force balancer, but I strongly recommend that machine for anyone mounting a set of tires/rims for the first time as it finds variations and tries to minimize them whereas a regular balancer does not, and this results in that slight vibration you feel even though the tires will show up as being 100% balanced.

Have been to this shop many times and the service has always been impeccable. The review was prompted by the latest visit involving my parents where Mike and Mohamed went above and beyond. My parents got a unfortunate flat on there brand new Honda that had less than 5k. They took it to the local Honda dealership and were informed it was unrepairable and new tire was required ($305). I told them to hold off while I contacted Total Tire, where the quote came in significantly less. Once there, the technician indicated a new tire was not required and the puncture was repairable!!! SAVINGS of $285!! Two words come to mind...honesty and integrity.

I called the store at around 3PM on Thanksgiving weekend. I provided all the details of the rims and tires I required but the person who answered was abrupt and said he would call me back in 10min...well that never happened. I dont anticipate a call back and will be surprised if I do receive one. If do receive a call back I will update this review.

With the volume of tires we go through with fleet vehicles we always shop around and every time Mike comes back with the best all in price. Our Mercedes are all equipped with continental dws06 tires, up to $900.00 savings from other tire shops depending on size. If you ever have an issue because they are people too, they are right there to make it better.

You will have a different experience based on who you meet at the front desk. Had a pretty bad experience once when changing summer to winter tires as the person expected I had no knowledge of how tires are changed or rotated. However the next time changing back to summer tires they were very friendly and even rebalanced the tires after I found a slight vibration the next day (which I was not expecting them to do since my last visit).
