I get all my tires here. I needed a specialty Michelin tire. Canadian tire wanted $500+ installed. They did it for half. Richard gave my wife a good deal on her tires, and they did the brakes while she was there for a good price. Very satisfied.

Called in on Friday to have some bent wheels repaired. Was told to bring just the wheels on Saturday morning. Woke up at 8:30, got the car on jack stands and drove the wheels down to Dream Tire all the way from Ancaster. Get a call around 12:30 saying they didn’t have time and I’d have to pick the wheels up. Extremely disappointed. Very poor customer service. I will not be buying tires from this company anymore. Don’t waste your time.

Quick service. I had issues with my car tire and I needed immediate tire replacement. I was looking for two used tires and I called around few shops. they happened to have tires I was looking for in stock. Also price was about $20 cheaper compared to some other shops in the area. They did put new tires and did alignment on my car pretty quickly. I am happy with the service. I would recommend this shop.

Terrible experience ordering winter tires with Dream tire. I called about getting a set of winter tires at the beginning of November, very busy time of the year for ordering your winter tires - I get it. I was told they have 3 tires and will need to order another one, so I did. I asked to order it and was quoted a fair price. I was told I will get a call when they get my tires in from the supplier. Two weeks later and no call, I inquire about my tires and was told someone will get back to me next day. No call for another couple of days prompt me to call inquiring again.Today, I was just told the tires are our of stock and supplier doesn't have any available after me waiting on these guys for 3 weeks. It looks like all shops are out of my size now and there is a chance I won't be able to find winter tires this season. I am very upset that I didn't pay enough attention to bad reviews for this company - now it all makes sense why there are so many bad reviews. Thanks for leaving me without winter tires - Never again will I be recommending or using this shop myself.

With the number of one star reviews on here, I'd be willing to bet that most of the 5 star reviews are fake from made up email addresses. My experience here was ho hum - but the place does have a shady vibe.

I decided to go to Dream Tire for the balancing. They seemed to have a decently equipped shop. So I dropped the wheels off to be picked up the next day. One thing that I noticed, is that as they unloaded my wheels, they removed all the fabric tire totes I had on them. But I didn't say anything. Today as I picked them up, the guy rolls out one of my 19" VMR 718's and there is a scratch on one of the spokes. Now I am VERY careful with my rims. I have never curbed them and know every single chip or imperfection on them. There was NEVER a scratch. So I pointed it out to the guy (I think is the owner) and he responds simply with "NOPE".

I bring my Mercedes SL for service to them. Knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. I like the fact that they give me tips on how to care for my car to prevent damage or possible expensive repair bills. My last shop that I used for service would never tell me these things. As if they purposely wanted the car to brake so that they would profit from the repair. Dream Tire was always up front and honest with me. Will never take car anywhere else. Thank you Rod for all your help and will see you when its time for my next service.

Weird customer service (Didn't take my name or get me to sign anything before I handed the keys over, then the guy went outside so I followed and he didn't even bother to hold the door). But they did a good enough job, and they didn't overcharge, so I'd go to them again!

Do not service your german car with them. I took it for repair, I had to take it back 3 times ! I regret I let them work on my car. Also, they give you a price and tell you will be ready in 3 days, then price is 50% more and you car will not be ready on time. See below the many serious concerns about dream tire.

The folks seemed pretty nice until the tires were put on the car - after that, they couldn't care less. The tires that were put on the car (Michelins) had a 30 day satisfaction guarantee…but I got little help from the tire store once I decided to exercise my option (which was all of a 20 minute drive). All they did was give me the number of the Michelin tire rep…who I'm sure misplaced my contact info and couldn't return my call. Since then, I've chosen to exercise my displeasure with my wallet - I've bought 3 sets of tires for other vehicles since then…none of them from this establishment.

You can come to this place and wait 20 minutes for someone to come to assist you, even though when you walk in, the door sounds a bell. The service is good though, although the son could smile once in a while, it would help.

Staff was friendly, service was immediate. Performed an expert-level balancing on my car, and gave me full disclosure about one tire being out of round (just above tolerance). Still couldn't feel a thing when driving on the highway: night and day! Will definitely come back again.

I first tried Dream Tire when I was in a serious jam. I got a flat tire on my Porsche on a Saturday morning. I called Dream Tire and Rod got in his car and came right over (about 5 kms away). He took the wheel with the flat back to his shop and returned a little while later with the wheel and new tire. He installed it and then I followed him back to his shop to get the others replaced. Rod also helped me get Michelin to discount the new PS2's due to a problem he discovered with my original tires. This is going on 3 years now and I am still a very happy customer. I write this from their waiting area while they service my 911.

This place is garbage. All the bad reviews are true. I had a horrible experience 2 years ago and meet someone at a mechanic today changing my cars oil, and talking about nightmare mechanics and turns out we both had the same nightmare at dream tire. So I came here to let others know this place is horrible.

Very shady business, cops raided the place many times, they buy stolen trailers with tires and sell them. They have another warehouse where they keep the stolen stuff. The word around the gta goes that the Polish organized crime is after this guy, he took stuff from them sold it and never paid for it, avoid this place you don’t want to be in the wrong wlace at the wrong time the owner Richard and his son are criminals, if you want your mileage rolled back they do that. People say they will get a visit from the undergroud people.

Last week I made a mistake of booking an appointment at Dream Tire thinking it would be convenient to pop in on my lunch break and get a quick winter tire(on rim) changover. I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment, at first the man couldn't find me on the schedule. He then took my keys anyway and told me it would take 30 -45 minutes and to take a seat. I didn't have a good vibe here at all, the customer service was horrible, the tv was playing sports in a different language and I could also hear yelling in the back. Mind you the shop was beautiful with nice couches and reading material. After an hour it was still not done so I left my car and told them I would be back at 5pm to pick it up. Meanwhile at work I was reading their reviews and they were horrible. Well surprise surprise, it was not done. I pretty much wasted my time as they came up with an excuse as to why they didn't get the job done, no phone call or nothing. I was worried when I started my car as I had a few warnings come up, check engine, check abs, check VSA system, check power steering. Not sure what they did but after a few minutes of driving it went away. After speaking with one of my friends she also mentioned she had a bad experience with Dream Tire. I quickly booked an appointment the next day with my mechanic and he got the job done right away.

This is only mechanic shop I will ever bring my car to. The staff and quality of the work is phenomenal. The service was completed within the same day, and at a reasonable cost. I was offered delicious coffee and I was kept up to date with everything going on. Rod was easy to talk to, knowledgeable, honest, and the quality of his work went beyond the standards of mechanical service. Will definitely come back to get my car serviced and highly recommend them for anyone looking for a new mechanic shop.

I'm surprised these crooks are still in business. They took my car out for a 30 minute joy ride... and it wasn't registered for the street. I brought it on a trailer for an alignment and the techs decided it would be a good idea to rip around the neighbourhood while I grabbed a bite. Owner didn't care when I brought it to his attention.

Very Honest People. Had my BMW inspected by Budds. Got an estimate of $4000 of work that I needed to do. Thought that it was strange since the car only has 30,000km. Friend of mine told me about Dream Tire. Made in appointment with Richard. Brought the car in, and they told me that the only thing I needed was front Brake Pads. Even at that, not a priority. I can still drive for few months. I showed them them estimate sheet i got from Budds. There tech took me in the back, and showed me all the things that Budds told me to change. I was shocked to see that the parts were all in good condition and did not need changing. I was impressed. NEVER NEVER AGAIN am i going to the dealer. What crooks!! Very Happy I came here. Almost spend 4 grand for nothing. Thank you Richard for your honestly. I am a client for life!!
