Free air check! Safety is the #1 priority. Always good to come here to get my tires air checked and tire quality before going on a road trip. These guys are so helpful. Their prices are so cheap compared to other tire shops including Canadian Tire!.

I recommend these guys based on my experience. Went in they had my tire size they gave me a great deal and i was on my way installed in 15-20mins. Not a bad place for used tires. no BS The ones complaining about the company after lets say a used tire goes flat, i mean you are always taking a risk with used. If your really that concerned about safty and quality dont be cheap and buy new otherwise a great little business for used tires!

I asked for a common tire said they did have it so then I said "alright, do" then I noticed they hung up without even asking if they could do anything else. Poor poor customer service. If you don't like your job there's lots of unemployed people who will be willing to take it.

Small shop in the heart of Burlington. Just one light away from Mapleview Mall. We got a set of (4) used tires installed. The tires were in excellent condition. Service was professional and tires were installed quickly while we waited. Don't ever go to City. I got two back tires in preparation of a trip to Michigan. I was almost to Tilbury when one of those tires blew, right on the highway. Because it was nearly 8 o'clock at night, I had to drive to Windsor on my spare doughnut and stay at a hotel so I could get to a tire place to replace it, so I could continue my drive into Michigan. I had to spend $110 on a brand new tire and since I had luggage, I had to leave the broken tire behind, though I took a picture, just so City Tire wouldn't think I was trying to scam them. When I got back home and went to City for a refund, I was treated like a criminal. He took down my license number, so I couldn't come back and scam him again. He then gave me the money back and said normally he wouldn't give me a refund, though written in black and white on the receipt is that I have 30 days to get a full refund. He also refused to give me my receipt back, so I couldn't come back and demand a refund on the other tire. He seems to think that it was my fault the tire didn't last a week. I won't be going back there again and I am going to tell all my friends and family to stay away too. I thought I’d give an update on my case against City via Better Business Bureau. The man flat out lied and said I stormed out without getting the receipt and took down my license number just to confirm that he gave me the refund, which makes no sense at all. He lied to them and told them that I stormed out before he could give me back the receipt. He even had the nerve to complain about me posting a negative review online. He also told them that I could come to the shop to settle it, after the lecture last time I won’t ever set foot in that shop again, not if it means another lecture for me breaking the tire and posting a negative review online. Hasn’t he any clue how to run a business? I’ve never run a business, but my parents have and they at least know that you don’t get repeat business by verbally assaulting them for the tire breaking. If he didn’t want to give me a refund, fine, as long as he didn’t yell at me, but I could’ve done without the lecture and taking down my license number and keeping my receipt like I was some criminal. Logically speaking who would ever take pleasure in breaking a tire they just bought a week ago and bending their rim and spending an hour on the side of the highway waiting for CAA, then driving up to Windsor on the tiny spare tire because there were no tire places open in Tilbury? He obviously doesn’t care about his business if this is how he treats people who could’ve been killed. I would have never complained if he’d just said how sorry he was this happened and I’ll issue you a refund. But accusing me of criminal behaviour is over the top.

i have today horrible experience never again in my life I step on that place horrible service. That guy does not know how to speak English. He does not know how to communicate with people and does not know how to treat the client. He told me a price and then when I am going to pay he told me other . Only for 5 dollars he began to argue with me he treated me like crazy. I don't know why he has a business if he doesn't know how to handle it. Horrible horrible experience I feel sorry for all the people who have already been through this moment in that same place. Next time I will look at the reviews first before going somewhere. (_tips for that guy _} hey budy go and take english classes before getting in front of a business)

Great customer experience! I called ahead and was quoted a very good price for a set of used, brand name, tires including installation. Upon arrival Sial was welcoming and presented the tire for me to inspect. There's a very clean waiting area with TV and WiFi. Installation was quick and the bill was as quoted over the phone. They couldn’t even change a tire on a VW that has full bolts that come out instead of lug nuts. In the process they stripped one bolt and the tread in the wheel hub. They wouldn’t take responsibility and recommended a mechanic that I would pay for. Don’t go here

Biggest scammer! Sold me overused tires with no threading on them! And... on top of that, he took one of my good tires and replaced it with an old overused one. Reported 'City Tires' to the BBB. Definitely will not go back here again.

I purchased a full set of tires two weeks ago at a very fare price, and exceptional service. We went on a trip put about 6000 km on the tires, but during the trip the car developed a vibration. When we got home I went back to city tires to have him rebalance the the tires and not only did he rebalance all four tires, he also replaced one and rotated the others at no charge. I highly recommend. Thank you
