Former cruze guy now civic guy ! After weeks of isolation and social distancing I decided to go get groceries in my brand new 2020 civic ! of course hit some projectile on lake shore and my tire blew ! pulled ten minutes to close , they put my spare on checked tire ordered me a new one and I just got it put on , perry and the entire crew rock , my good buddy does his charity car wash there , love this place cannot recommend enough! thanks all great team.

Excellent, honest and timely service. It was a great experience. Special thanks to Trevor to make my winter tires change on my two cars earlier by a week in spite of all the rush! The shuttle service was better than any of the ones provided by the big car dealers!

After reading reviews I decided if go here I went in for a simple thing. The experience started when I called I found he was very short on the phone but chalked it up to maybe he was busy with a customer and was trying to get off the phone. But when I got there I was offered the same behaviour. He was rude. He belittled me (sure, I'm not a mechanic but the tone and eye roll wasn't necessary) Not sure what his deal was but I will never return and will let other know not o go either. Seem to me he is "old school" and set in his way.

I started taking my car into Beverly Tire on Guelph Line last year at the recommendation of a friend who is a long time (and very satisfied) customer. I have not been disappointed - the team are friendly, professional, honest and trustworthy. I recommend them highly to anyone looking for a reputable place to take their vehicle.

My key wouldn't turn anymore in my Honda Pilot. The tumbler inside the ignition was broken. Common problem with Honda's. Honda wanted $1000 to replace the tumbler. Anyway, I called Beverly Tire and they recommended a locksmith. I called the locksmith and within 2 hours he was at my house fixing the tumbler. Total cost was $280. Beverly, thanks for saving me $700. Previous encounters with Trevor at Beverly Tire have always been great. The team is always honest and fair.

This was my first time buying new tires and changing them. I have gone to multiple places to get quotes including much larger store with much larger inventory. My car is older model and not too fancy, so I had hard time finding someone who could help me. When I met Trevor at Goodyear Tires, I was amazed! Him and his team was so professional and knowledgeable, they found the right set of tires for the right price, booked an appointment convenient for me and did a fantastic job overall! So frustrated with my sister constantly being ripped off by this auto repair shop! She unlike myself is nonconfrontational and finds it difficult to stick up for herself. Just heard she is paid $200./per year for tire storage, this price does not include switching out the tires. That cost was also out of line.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I bought tires here and the idiot who put my car on the lift, jacked it under the fenders and caused damage to them. They never said anything about it and now it's going to cost me a thousand bucks to get it fixed. This place is a joke. The guys who work in the back aren't even competent enough to jack your car in the right places.

Found me tires in line with my budget, they were very careful with my aluminum rims, quickly completed the tire change and were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

Awesome service, this is the place to go if you want honest advice and professional service. I have recently been there with a nice previously owned MDX and concerns about moderate vibrations at or about 100Km/hr. They were able to assess the problem from my description and the way the vehicle was running and solve the problem w/o having to spend their time and my money on any other potential causes. Well, when it comes to this auto shop, this is the norm. I can not recall one occasion when I was not impressed with their professionalism. They truly take pride in their work and know how stressful it is for their clients to lose confidence in their cars. All service advisors and technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly and for this reason is hard to use names w/o mentioning them all, but if I was going to start somewhere, I would start with Matt, their manager.

I have been a customer for about 5 years and today's experience has made me consider looking for another shop to help us maintain our vehicles. I asked for a quote for an easily accessible fuel line to be repaired with a rubber hose. I was quoted $200 (incl tax)! I said to Clause I was not prepared to pay that much for such a simple fix. When I collected to vehicle, my bill was $92 in total. Had I not questioned the quoted price I would have been totally ripped off! The real concern is the attitude and disrespectful undertone of comments made when I came to get the car. One comment was, "we don't charge you to take the whole engine out the car for a simple repair", and when I asked how long the rubber hose would last, the comment was, "given the way YOU drive, the hose would out last the vehicle". There are excellent mechanics working at Beverly, but the front desk staff sarcasm and attitude to a loyal customer of 5 years is enough to make me walk. It is shameful that people at a front desk of a business talk to customers like that.

Excellent experience here. I had what appeared to be a manufacturer's issue with all 4 of my Goodyear tires on the 2nd of a 4 year lease. After a miserable experience trying to sort it out with the Audi dealer who leased me the car, I took a chance and found Beverly Tire online. Matt (who I think is the manager) was wonderful and though I know it was in the middle of his busy snow tire change-out season, was able to help me get my issue dealt with quickly and effectively. I've had the intimidating experience of dealing with "sales-y" mechanics before but this was so much different. Friendly, helpful, and trustworthy! Coincidentally having a bad tire month and a tire just went on our other car. My first thought was.....call Matt at Beverly Tire! Highly recommend this shop.

If your car is past warranty (so you no longer have to use the dealership) I highly recommend Beverly Tire & Auto. I totally trust these guys to be honest with me. They will give me a run down, with cost estimates, for everything that needs to be done and then tell me what needs to be done now, what can be left for later, and explain everything in plain language. My car is 14 years old and I'm trusting Beverly to keep it running and keep the costs down.

I just wanted to thank your staff for helping me yesterday when the tire warning light suddenly came on while I was on my way to Toronto. Nothing appeared flat but I was concerned about being on QEW with a nail in my tire, so I pulled off Guelph Line and Googled best tire repair in Burlington. Not surprisingly, your store came up. I called and explained my worry. They said come in and they would check my tires for me. The gentleman ( I regret that I did not get his name) was so helpful, checking all the tires' pressure and also for nails in the two that were a little low. I pulled into a bay and he pumped up the two (only slightly) low tires and explained that Honda CRVs have very sensitive tire pressure monitors. I had wonderful service -- and what's more, he would not let me pay him. I insisted he at least take some money for a quick run to Tim Horton's across that street. I left feeling confident I would be safe on the highway and the happy that there are still businesses that care about the customer first. Thank you again from a grateful driver!
