Prices beat the competition for brand name tires and a professional alignment was done. Everything was perfect. They also provided a shuttle service which was appreciated. On another note I signed up for the Tirecraft App giving me a $20 credit and with the points from my tire purchase I was able to get a new set of wiper blades for almost nothing. Bought tires, all four tires are leaking. Came in and they charged me $140 because they said my rims are dirty. When they first put the tires Ann, they were covered in dirt. Absolutely terrible service. Do not recommend. Don’t be cheap, go to Costco, where you will not get stupid questions like here.

Went for a routine tire swap, I was told a specific price, and signed papers and all. Got my car back with a double the amount bill yet nothing extra was done to the car. My rims were all scratched up and damaged, I was told it wasn't them, yet CLEARLY it was. My $2k+ rims are now damaged and I am left with a bigger repair bill because now I have to repair my rims. The Burlington location is atrocious, and I've been there twice, BOTH times I was VERY displeased.I WOULD NEVER GO AGAIN, and I would NEVER recommend to anyone. Wish I could give negative stars!!!!

In April of 2018, my vehicle's warranty ran out so I discontinued service at my dealership. I initially chose Accurate Tirecraft to supply and install new tires. Since then, I have continued to use Accurate Tirecraft for all my vehicle's service. It has been nearly a year and I have had nothing but excellent care. Ken has gone above and beyond on more than one occasion to help in a difficult situation. He not only fixed my windshield wiper during a snowstorm, he lent me his personal vehicle for three days when mine had an unexpected complication during service! I doubt a better shop exists--owner and staff are great! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

Weather was mixed, fog, rain and dry. These tires were terrific, no noise compared to my previous Dunlops. Easy ride in all conditions, road work areas and rough roads sometimes. Obviously with no appointment, we asked if they could replace the shredded tire. The shop also sells tires so was not very hopeful in a Yes. To my surprise the reply was Yes, of course, but will take 1.5 hour wait. No problem at all, was happy to hear they will do it. Provided the car details and then went to do other things returning 1.5 hours later. Was told to keep running errands for another half hour (which I kind of expected). It was a pleasant experience and prior to making an appointment I had e-mailed Ken, the owner, several times with questions and getting quotes before deciding to take the car there. I have had prior negative situations with other shops and was therefore an anxious customer. Ken was very patient with all my questions and explained everything I needed to know. I didn't feel rushed to make a decision at any time. I would not recommend this place, my wife got a flat tire and took it to them. It was a small nail hole, they told her the tire needed to be replaced. $360 was the cost to replace the tire. I told her to go pick up the tire as this seemed expensive and a small nail hole should not need a full tire replacement. I called another shop who was way cheaper to buy the tire with installation balancing and tax. They ordered the tire, when I took it to them they fixed my old tire stating “I’m not going to sell you a new tire if you don’t need one”. There was no damage to the tire. This place clearly saw a female in an emergency situation needing the tire fixed and wanted to take advantage. Buyer beware.

This week I had my van brakes serviced at Accurate Tirecraft. They did a good job at a very competiive price and had the van ready the same day by late afternoon. Ken Hong patiently described in good detail what was wrong with my brakes and what his mechanic did to repair them. Ken and his team were excellent. I needed new tires and new exhaust tips put on and they did great work. I even had a tire sensor light that the FORD dealership down the street couldn't clear and Ken took care of that. I will recommend to anyone.

My friend Rigo recommended Accurate Tire and Auto for me to use as my vehicle needed repair. I had my SUV towed to this location and spoke to Ken Hong about the issues I was having. Ken assured me that he and his staff will take care of the issue and gave me a quick time line that my vehicle will be repaired. I also gave consent for Ken and his staff to check some key components of my older SUV and to inform me about future issues that I might be 'facing'. As the primary issue was repaired, Ken called me and informed me that I should 'watch out' for other issues like: battery was weak, some hoses were cracking, and oil pan leak. This is KEY information to have to avoid future costly repairs and more importantly been SAFE in the road. Ken also offered me a shuttle service from the GO train station when I picked up my vehicle. I took my truck to my faithfull dealer because of a gas leak. They told me my gas tank had to be removed (at a cost of 500 dollars), then told me it would cost between $ 1600-$4000 to fix the problem. I got a second opinion from Ken at TIRECRAFT and Ken told me a gas line assembly had to be replaced ($550) at the front of the engine.Problem fixed. I have taken my truck to TIRECRAFT before and have always had excellent service and will take my vehicles to TIRECRAFT from now on because of the service and respect that Ken's team have for the customer.

They also pointed out that a boot must have failed on the drive shaft causing all the grease on the rim, which I repaired shortly after.
