Paid 30% more than original quote on a phone :( I have never done a negative review on anything or anyone but I feel like sharing this one. We called Sam to ask him how much it would cost to put winter tires on our rims and Sam told us that he will do it for $62.99. When I arrived to his garage Sam told me that I will have to pay additional $20 to have sealer applied to make sure that tires don't leak air. Since I just spend 1.5 hours putting all my tires into my car and driving to Sam’s garage I gave him a go ahead to charge me extra for sealer. I actually understood that it was $5 for all four tires but it turned out to be $5 per each tire, this could be my mistake and I am ok with that. What upsets me about this whole story is that we were not told about the extra $20 ( or over %30 charge on top) for sealer when we were on a phone with Sam asking for a quote before coming to his garage or he could at least warn us about possible extra charge for sealer to do a complete and correct installation. I feel like we were misled when we were choosing mechanic to install winter tires. For $82.99 plus tax, we could have used several other mechanics that are much closer to us and also they would put those rims and tires on a car for us instead of just putting tires on rims. There were also some other small things: like using unprofessional language during our last call, shaming me about making a big deal because of $15 dollars(which was never about that but about what I said above) and hanging up on me twice. Those are small things however and it was done by Sam when he was upset so I forgive him for that. I felt like telling this, I feel better now and moving on. P.S. Sam, if you reading this, please don’t round up HST to next dollar. Come on man! We pay so much taxes in Canada as is :)

Sam and his crew were easily available to answer my 101 questions and respond promptly and I mean a few hours at most. Installing my rims was fast and efficient. Just to give an idea, the quote Sam gave me to replace 1 tire on my Audi A8 was about $60 cheaper than Costco. I found 905 Tire online and checked them out after seeing all the great reviews. I stopped by and ordered some new Fuels for my F150. I initially had a bit of a problem with one of the new rims but 905 Tire took care of it right away for me. They have very competitive prices, the service is great, but their integrity is uncommon these days and that's why I have to recommend them. I'll be going back for tires in the spring.

I bought a set of Falken Azenis FK510 in sizes 255/35/20 for the front wheels and 285/30/20 for the rear wheels on my Tesla Model S and the price and service from 905Tire was second to none! I shopped around for the tires quite a bit and nobody (I priced the tires at five other shops) could touch them on price. I was in and out in less than an hour to get new tires installed and balanced on the rims. An unexpected bonus - I got a $80 rebate card from Falken! I also had a second car in there to get a swap from winter tires/rims to summer tires/rims and the price for that was also second to none. Very professional and quick! Fantastic Shop! Sent my Son with his first Car to swap out some tires and Rims. Also sent My 72 year old mother as she was told by another shop she had to replace all 4 tires on her CRV, Sam and his guys took a look and came up with a plan to grab 2 new tires and rotate the others to make it safe. Not sure if it was because they didn't want my business or what. I called about two set of rims and tires. I was told that due to American holiday i couldn't get a quote which is fine. Called 2 days later for an update and spoke to the same lady i previously talked to, told me I'd get a call in 20 minutes and never got called back. Sam And his employee Were both working hard away in a very hot day. And even though i did not buy tires or rims from them Or made a appointment ahead of time. I needed tires swaped on to newer rims. I came early However they were as far as i could tell were fully booked Sam was however able to slip me in between customers For being in the heat and running around Both of them took the time And with a smile And the price was one of the best i seen anywhere around. Called for running board for Nissan armada 2007. I was put on hold for 3 minutes which is fine. But then when I told the person that I am looking for running boards for Nissan armada, the guy gave the most disgusted reaction saying "no", "I have already spoken to some guys regarding this and I am not sure if you are the same person". Didn't want to take my nice aftermarket wheels to a regular tire shop for mounting in case the damaged them.
