Tough times for a lot of people right now so when I heard the lady in front of me saying she couldn't afford ro replace her badly worn tires, me and another customer were going to buy them for her, but the guys at Kirk's beat us to the punch! These guys (under Bruce's great management) always treat you like you are the only person that matters. Awesome service and quality products! These guys have your back!

Great tire shop, had the tires I wanted in the size I needed in stock and from the time my rig came off the tow truck to the time I was driving out of the shop was about 25 minutes. That's a quick tire swap and they did a good job as well. Would definitely recommend to anybody in brooks or passing through.

Needed a tire re-sealed onto its rim due to corrosion around the lip of rim had it all cleaned up and tire put back on in under 10mins didn't even have an appointment. Top notch customer service and very friendly staff. I'll be making sure to go back for any further tire and repair needs!

We blew a tire about 20 minutes west of brooks. Everyone we called had a 4 hour wait time. But when we called Kirk's he told me he would have his crew out right away, sitting here with 3 kids under 6 I was relieved. The tech should up only 30 minutes after my call! Unbelievably awsome company with good morals. If you need help give these guys a call.

Blew a trailer tire with 5 horses on the Hwy 1 east of Brooks. I opted to try and have a tire brought out me rather then put the spare on. Called another well known tire store chain to see if they had my very common tire size. Due to Covid....a tire shortage? Wow ok. Brooks Towing recommended Kirks. They were super nice to deal with on the phone. Had my tire in stock and the mobile truck was on the way! Adam arrived very promptly with a smile, great attitude and I loved how he worked super quick to get me back on the road. More people need to learn how to hustle like this shop!

Pulled in here unannounced with a loaded grain trailer and a steering tire losing air fast. I was met at the bay by one of the employees who's first words were "what do you need done?". Three guys were on the wheel right away and I was back on the road in 20 minutes. Always had awesome service from Kirk's and highly recommend.

The service is topped or matched by no other. I brought in a flat tire that either needed to be replaced or repaired. It was replaced and I was back on the road within 5 minutes from the time I arrived. I've been a customer for years and have always recieved this kind of service.
