Awesome experience. Had a flat 50km away, called 15mins after close and he stayed open an extra 45 minutes for us. Repaired and reinstalled the tire quickly and we were on our way within 10 minutes. Well worth the reasonable price

Found that buying new tires was really too easy, i ordered them while we were driving on the highway going through Lethbridge. Started the conversation with “what do you think about bigger tires from a 265/70R17 to a 285/70R17??? Heavy tread where it’ll fill the gap from the 3” Motofab leveling kit that was installed by the dealership. Franklin’ s tire (not remembering the name, my apologies).then was asked about what truck then i said it’s a 2017 GMC Sierra double cab 4x4. So then i asked, “what do you suggest for tires?” Then frankin’s true suggested that he had really good response with Hercules tires. Then asked if he could order them and they would be their 1st thing in the morning. Mind you this was last minute decision where it was almost too late to put the order in for delivery. So needless to say the tires were delivered around 9ish the next morning n was called as soon as they were delivered. So when i had them installed they did a pre-test to see if they fit. To my surprise they looked normal, not over bearing. Gave our truck that rugged street look. We’ve driven on all sorts of roads with all the same bumps. In all weather conditions, snow and rain where we would have to engage the 4-hi or 4-low, they gripped. Up in the mountains we still have snow with miserable weather. We’ve had other treads where non of them are as quiet and these are aggressive tires. You don’t feel the bumps, no road noise. If anything the only thing we noticed was our truck sits and feels higher. They even put the white walls on the outside. They didn’t offer nitrogen filled tires since they don’t have it where as Canadian tire refused to release our truck unless we had nitrogen filled tires. So needless to say in about 2K Km’s, I’ll be going back to have the tires rotated and an alignment if needed. Zero hassle all smiles. With service like this we’ll be coming back for future tires, future vehicle maintenance. Thank you.

All I can say is Wow! What exceptional service! We blew a tire 5 minutes east of Bassano on the Trans Canada and before we could hang up from roadside assistance one of the guys from Franklin's pulled over to help us. He offered to help us change our tire but our car doesn't have a spare, so he called his shop to see if he had our tire in stock so by the time the tow truck showed up he had us all set up so we got towed to his shop and they had our tires changed in twenty minutes and we were back on the road. They gave us a great deal so we changed the other three tires too! Will definitely recommend them to everyone!

2-month overdue posting... Civic holiday long weekend in August, blew a tire outside Dinosaur Prov Park, with everything closed, and needing to get back to Toronto asap, was referred by our local hotel to Bill, who actually opened up his closed garage after hours and mobilized his tire technician Martin to come in and fix our tire and get us on our way. He saved us, literally. Great service and fair pricing too. When you don't post Google reviews, this is the type of service that truly deserves one. Thank you once again.

I do not recommend this shop to anyone. Terrible experience. Tech could not remember where the tires were supposed to go. Leaned one against the paint on my truck. After a suggested wheel alignment my truck drives terrible, with a crooked steering wheel. Will not refund the money for the alignment.

THE WORST SERVICE GOOD PLACE TO STAY AWAY FROM 2 nd January 2018 went to Franklin's tire in brooks ab to get a new valve stem installed on a trailer tanker Website and door sign show open at 7 that is why i stoped at franklin's instead of other places in Brooks hwo open at 7:30 Owner showes up 7:05 he told me to bare with him 15 mins to get everything going At 7:25 went in and ask if they where almost ready for my repair and he had no workers yet so he said wouldnt be till 7:45, When finaly workers showed up they had me pull into back of shop at hotels parking lot and showed up with a service truck when i went into office to pay bill they charged me service truck fees even when i showed up at there shop i ask about the charges and the owner lost it said that we had started wrong when i asked earlier (when they would start)so he insulted me and trew my credit card on the floor and told me to get the F out I would be embarrased to treat a customer this way

Amazing shop! They go above and beyond! My boyfriend and his friend recently went on a sled trip to bc when his wheel studs broke off on highway at 1 am. He got the truck towed to the shop and waited until they opened next morning. Unfortunately they couldn’t find parts in brooks but found some in Medicine Hat. The owner lady (sorry don’t remember name) offered her personal vehicle so he could drive to get them. Now that’s service you don’t get now a days! Huge thanks to you guys for getting them back on the road quickly so they could enjoy some days off!

My sister and I were on our way to Medicine Hat for a funeral when her check tire light came on. We stopped to check the tire but it seemed fine. When we stopped in Brooks for a coffee, we could see the tire was very flat. Luckily we were right across from Franklin Tire. Even though it was after closing time on a Saturday afternoon, they fixed the tire and had us back on the road in 20 minutes. Excellent service!

East bound nearing Brooks on our way home to Medicine Hat the "check tire pressure" indicator came on so we pulled off at the Flying J Shell for fuel and air. Omer indicated they don't have air there but indicated where we could locate some. I was worried even if I topped up, I risked a flat somewhere out of town which was the worst case scenario. Omer called the local tire shops (Saturday after noon after 2:30pm) to see if any were open but we both knew the chances would be slim. The last call was to Franklin's Tires and 5 minutes later we were at their shop with the sign on the door clearly indicating they close at 12:00 noon on Saturdays. Billie the owner got us straight in, changed/repaired our flat and had us back on our way in 15 or 20 minutes - AMAZING is all I can say 3 hours after they were supposed to be closed on a Saturday! Prompt, friendly and professional - we were very fortunate to cross paths with Franklin"s Tires and you will be too!
