Huge Ad saying they will undercoat for 49.99. Got them to do it along with an oil change. Had to take my car in a cpl of days later to another garage and I asked them to have a look at the undercoat job I had done by pro oil change and he literally asked me "what undercoat?!" He brought me down and showed me under the car. There was barely any undercoat under the car, just a couple of spots here and there. I took it back to pro oil change and asked them to do it properly and the mechanic said "oh we must have missed a few spots" Umm no.. More like the exact opposite. Anyways I'm pretty sure they are doing this to everyone so if you do choose to get your undercoating done here I would double check it and make sure it was done right. My personal recommendation is to spend a little more and go to a place that will do the job right the first time. It looks like when I called them out on it they did a more thorough job of undercoating my car but it's not worth wasting your time over going back for them to do it right.

I came into pro oil changers to have a bad tire with nails in it replaced. As someone who doesn't know a whole lot about vehicles, it meant the world to me that not only were the staff extremely helpful, but that one of the employees Sherri went out of her way to answer my questions and really teach me and explain to me the answers to the questions I had about my vehicle. She was extremely kind and knowledgable and it was very clear that she really had my best interest at heart and truly cares about her customers. I am relatively new to the Jeep community and these guys hooked me with a lift and some really awesome tires and wheels on my Jeep JL. They did fantastic work. They never gave me any problems on what I wanted. They were so good that the tire guy Quinton picked out my rims for me, and they look really good on my jeep. I have done a few oil change services there and they aren't pushy, trying to sell me on extra services that I don't necessarily need. Pleasant staff all the way around. I have not had any problems at all.

The oil change service is great as long as you get the basic oil. Great value and fast. Watch out for the up sell on filters, liquids and various other items. Get a second opinion as some things are replaced cheaper elsewhere.

I had gone in to get an Oil Change and came out with a bill worth 340.00... They told me I needed to change my transmission fuel, Get my transmission flushed, Oil Change, etc... HOWEVER, they charged me for everything and DID NOT do it... I am not happy and am disgusted that they would have lied about the services they "done" to my car. DO NOT go there.

Came here to get an oil change... what a great visit! Staff is so friendly and the facility was very clean. For your safety, you don't have to drive the car in or out of the garage. While you wait, you can enjoy a free beverage which you have lots of selections to choose from, and to sit on their provided massaging chairs. Wow! Will definitely come back.

But I had to provide a oil filter which cost me almost $19 at Canadian Tire because they didn't have mine in stock and only gave me a $2 dollars discount on it the oil filter the bill there was $115.81 won't be back there again will do my own oil changes from now on it's cheaper

I visited this location on June 4th 2020, and had a wonderful experience! The fact that no appointment is needed, I'm able to stay in my vehicle, and the friendly staff made this experience so great! In the past I have definitely struggled with the up selling, however I don't find the staff at this location to be pushy, unfriendly, or doing anything but their jobs! The staff were chatty while changing my oil, friendly, and very willing to answer my questions! I would recommend this location and their quick service any day!

They advertised it's a drive thru oil change but its not you still have to get out of your vehicle. They pulled the cabin air filter out to check it and then leave it on the front seat. Looking over the paperwork they checked the transmission fluid and it was ok at this time???...My transmission is a sealed unit. The only good thing is that they didn't try to upsell me anything. I needed an change but I wouldn't go back..

Went for an oil and transmission oil change (2 separate occasions - 1 week apart). I would recommend getting Jordan to do any and every service. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is there was an issue with my original oil change that could have been avoided. Jordan resolved it with professionalism and understanding and made sure I left completely satisfied with the service my car received.

My father took his truck there for oil and filter. A month passed and he noticed it was leaking oil. I checked it and to my astonishment the oil filter had rotted away. Now he has been doing these cheap oil changes with filter for years. I know for a fact it was never changed. Shame on you guys and how many others have you ripped. Common a 6$ filter. Lucky to notice before his engine blew.

The employees were great, kind, funny and did their jobs efficiently. However immediately after my oil change, my check engine light came on. I took it to my regular mechanic about a week later when I could get in with him, and the 5minute oil change guys had put my oil cap on sideways and not fully on, causing me to lose a half quart of oil. There was a mess in my vehicle. To say the least I wasn't impressed.

My wife had an oil change here about 3mths ago. Very unprofessional and pushy towards extra services . She was told that the car was in desperate need of an engine flush and that the oil would still show black on the dipstick even after a fresh oil change. The oil was black on the dipstick when I checked it, however I just changed the oil myself an the oil is now clean on the dipstick.???? Not sure if the oil was ever even changed.

The guys are ok but those types of quick oil change places are to watch. They sent an offer for free wipers and some money off the oil change which I took advantage of. Turns out the wipers I had needed a different clip and those didn't fit the free promotion; I had to buy one more as they only gave me one of the "better" ones for free. I am somewhat OK with that and didn't question beyond that as I am trusting and it is my own mistake. The part that makes me hesitant to even go back is the fact that they said they topped off my winshield wash (which I had done the day before) and cleaned my windows. Not exactly sure what they cleaned since the day before, I cleaned all my windows with a crappy product from walmart that left streaks of dirt very visible on the windshield and made the windshield look greasy - got back in my vehicle after paying, I noticed the windows were just as greasy as when I dropped the vehicle off which leads me to think "What do they claim to have done for my vehicle and charged me for when they clearly didn't do that little thing?". In all honesty, the co-owner said they cleaned the windows just after telling me they were super short staffed that day, so it doesn't make sense to me that they'd clean my windows anyway due to lack of staff.... why lie about it??? I don't suggest you go there to have anything done but buyer beware I guess. Good luck.

No matter what you think of the business, or whatever the name was prior, you really need to give this place a try. I went in late with a rental car and it turned out I did not have the right information. They step by step told me the process to call them and get the right info. They even stayed later than normal after closing unfortunately by a couple of minutes, just to ensure they completed the job properly. Chirag and his partner who were doing the work, hold down this place in great order, especially on Sundays. If I could give a sixth star I would. Take 5, please take note. These guys are the future of your company, recognition is highly recommended and well deserved.

We were out in PEI for a vacation. Needed an oil Change. Ford was too busy, Walmart was busy so I tried out these guys. Figured I'd pay a bit more, but timing was good. Well I walked out paying alot more. So, beware. They saw the tourists walked in and started to have a field day. Here's what happened. Walked in, greeted by a very kind woman in the front. She was great, asking questions about us and distracting us like crazy so we couldn't even watch them work. 5 minutes later the manager comes in, says that the Transmission oil looks really bad and should be changed (89$ or 140$ options) i'll go with the cheaper one. 5 minutes after that, brings in both Cabin & Air Filter. These should be changed. Yes they looked dirty, how much (29 & 49 for the filters)? I said no. I said i could change them myself. Comes back in said he found a coupon to change the cabin filter for $39) (Numbers may be incorrect). I said No thanks again. Then explained that Instead of buying a Tool to change the Cabin Filter for $30, this would be cheaper if they did it. That's when I knew that this was all starting to be a scam! After that I watched them like a Hawk. Stopped at CDN Tire on they way back picked up a filter for $25, pulled out the Cabin filter without a Tool (easily watched a Youtube Video) and changed it on the side of the Road. To sum it up. If you need an oil change just do the OIL!!! And be ready if you're a tourist.

$129 for an oil & filter alone on 2016 Silverado, gas 5.3l engine. Steep!!! but then tried to sell me air filter, recommended change interval is 72000 km, my mileage is 54600, and filter is clean. Also they insisted front and rear differentials needed fluid changes every 40,000 km. GM doesn't recommend changing differential fluid AT ALL! Scam alert!

I have my calipers replaced so I need a brake flush to get rid of airs. I have the service done at 423 University ave, Charlottetown, PE C1A 4N7 but they couldn't get my brake pedal hard up so they ask me to go to the dealer to get that checked. After I had my car check by the dealer, it turns out just more air inside the system, and they suck out the air and my brake works fine ever since. So basically they didn't bleed the brake system properly so I have to spend extra 69.52 to get the work done by the dealer. I went back asking for a refund or store credit or even a free oil change, the owner refused and ask me to complain to the head office. I'm really disappointing about the business.

The base oil change was all I got (and wanted). They did a good job on that, and were friendly enough. They do, however, try to sell you extras, which I said I was not interested in. I had, however, gone over the mileage of my previous oil change, and they noted that and tried to sell me on some extra engine cleaning. AVOID at all costs, they DO NOT stand behind the products they sell! The set of summer tires I purchased for my car has one and a half summers on them and will not pass a safety. After inquiring with the staff, I was given a lot of excuses; they would pass the safety (which they will not as the depth is at 4/32's), the tire is an economical "entry level' tire and is rated for 2-3 years (not seasons) and 60K KM's. As mentioned above, I had them on the car for 1-1/2 summers and less than 1/2 the rated KM's. These tires have been correctly maintained (rotated, balanced, correct tire pressure) and not abused whatsoever. I was never given any options to move forward but rather a, and I quote "What are you looking for?" and "I guess I could call the manufacturer to see if they will do anything but I doubt they will." very frustrating to be completely brushed off without any support or options on how to move forward. If this is how they support their 'customers' post sale on tires, I certainly would not be letting them work on my vehicle - Horrendous customer support

Not a happy experience, today I go Take 5 to change the oil, they didn't change my oil filter instead upsell a cabin filter to me. When I back home and check the cabin filter price, it just cost 15.99 on Amazon, however, they sell it to me 60 bucks. Another way which I don't like this store. When I change oil in Honda 4S store, they recommand 8000KM to change once. But Take 5 will require 4500 KM to change again. What cause me think about the oil quality.

The staff was very friendly, although 3 technicians used a impact driver to remove my air filter case (bolts are always hand tight) and sheared 3 out of 4 bolts. They informed me of their mistake, and instructed to be go to a mechanic to have the assembly replaced, which I now must try and have Take 5 reimburse me for. The staff seem poorly trained and unknowledgeable, they should have stopped using power tools after the first broken bolt, instead of breaking them all open, and leaving me to deal with their damage.

I am a believer in allowing corporate offices to reply to complaints before taking to Google. On December 4, 2021 attended the Charlottetown location for an Oil change on our Corolla. On their checklist items, many things not done, but said they were. Horrible service. Myself and two friends were in the car and watched this oil change start to finish. The following says checked, but were not checked!! Brake Fluid, Steering Fluid, Radiator Coolant, Wiper blades (they were right in front of my face, clearly not checked), Lights, air filter, cabin air filter, PCV valve, Shocks, vin Number. This place is a fraud, don't go here.

Went here for an oil change because it was 29.99 and you get a free pizza an after 4 it's 10 dollars off. While there we were told we needed a whole transmission flush. I said if I needs it go ahead. The process they explained to my mechanic was far from a "flush" they just drained the fluid and filled it back up basically, they didn't change or clean the filter. After having the fluid changed the car was pouring out fluid so I got the manager to come look at it and they said your lines are totally rotten. When they so called "checked" for leaks after changin the fluid they would have clearly been able to see the condition of the lines. And according to my mechanic the transmission fluid should never have been touched with the lines they way they were. When I questioned pro oil all they could say was it wasn't their fault the lines were rotten. Like I get that I never said it was their fault, it's just their fault they ripped off 2 girls and took advantage of charging us 220 dollars for nothing.

After reading the other reviews, I was a bit hesitant to get my car's oil changed at Pro Oil, but it was a great experience. The employees were all friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I know nothing about cars, so I really appreciated them taking the time to explain other maintenance issues (without being pushy to upsell). Bonus points for not laughing at me when I complained the car made a "clicky" sound; they located the source of the problem and fixed it. I'll definitely bring my car back there the next time I need it serviced.

Went here two times, first time they put the wrong size filter on my truck, next oil change was at the dealer and they asked me who the hell did my last oil change, second trip they didn't tighten the oil filter and all my oil ran out, took over a full turn to tighten the oil filter. The service, to be honest, was good. However, I did an oil change, and 10 days later my engine needs to be replaced as there was no oil in it. Was not burning it and mechanic tells me no signs of leakage. Luckily my engine is covered and being replaced. Contacted pro-choice in hopes of helping me out with tow charges and rental while mine is being repaired. They refuse. I won't be going here for any oil changes. Strongly suggest others to avoid.

My teenage daughter went in for an oil change and left with a $300 bill. Purchased used truck with warranty so have to get oil changed every 5000km which is nuts 10000km is fine. Not allowed to do it myself with this warranty people so I took truck to here. They asked what flavour of oil I wanted conventional, semi synthetic or synthetic. No pressure even let me know I believe that if you run conventional that you can't just change to synthetic because it cleans engine up to fast and stuff gets plugged up. Because of the change every 5000km I chose conventional. They washed front windshield checked air.pressure, air filter, rad fluid, I think also window water fluid but not positive. Anyway the report was all was good. Never pushed for new air filter like even the dealerships do. They filled the truck with oil then showed me the dipstick so I could see the oil level. So basically I had the oil changed with filter fluids checked and topped up (I say that cause I was sure the one time I went there my windshield washer fluid was empty but couple days later needed to use it and it worked. So thinking they put some in maybe not full but enough. (I think) ) air pressure checked and was asked what pressure I ran them at. All that and change back from a $ 50 Now don't get me wrong I am sure if they had to put a liter of antifreeze in or brake fluid I would be paying but from how I have seen these guys operate they would ask you before doing any extra work that would cost ya . As I have said I have been there several times now and I have never waited just pulled up to the empty bay hopped out left keys in it and before I got to door guy was asking if keys were in it and it was going on the hoist. Do I recommend them?? HELL NO !!! I don't want to start waiting in a line up.

Wasn't too bothered initially, even though they tried to upsell me with something like "you should reeeeally change your transmission fluid" when I came in for a quick oil change. Buuut, I just got my oil changed again elsewhere, and it turns out they cranked the oil filter on so hard the gasket was squished out and just hanging beneath it. The drain-bolt washer was super-bent from being torqued on too hard. Not going there again. I went there for literally one thing and they couldn't do it right.

Pissed! I live in NS was in Moncton paid $110 for a full undercoating last month as they could do it right then. They did the doors,hood,rockers,wheel wells. Yesterday my oil was due to be changed so I changed it there isn’t a lick of undercoating underneath the car!!!! Went in with a 50 dollar free oil change coupon ended up costing me 63 dollars on top off the 50 dollars he told me and three other after we agreed to what he was saying that the same issue was happening with all of the three vehicles highly bull coincidental they said they check multiple pieces one of which was u joints and drive shafts which all came back perfect we already know our were missing an axel boot so that's crap said they typed up windshield washer fluid it's half empty from when we tooped it up last week they also said they checked the cabin air filter I'm 100 percent sure they didn't rip everything out of my dash and dismember it to check it this entire establishment is completely insane in ever way possible I also asked if we had a leak we topped up oil levels 4 days prior then received the free oil change and figured oh well let do it its free if there are no leaks and we have no driven the vehicle sense oil top up how can there be no oil !!!!!!!!!

Easy to talk to and staff seems very knowledgeable. Was over my oil change by a few kms and wanted to get something done quickly. When I arrived I was taken right away. Overall good experience and will use again.
