I just almost had not one tire - but two - fall off while driving on the highway, after getting new summer tires put on at Mark's. Thanks for the near death experience. I love seeing my life flash before me. The only fortunate part is it didn't (somehow and miraculously) damage my vehicle or I'd be dropping it's mangled carcass on their doorstep.

Purchased and had 4 new tires installed on my car, noticed that all 4 interior and exterior rims had been greatly scratched. When I spoke to Mark about it, I was basically told that they didn't do any of the damage to my rims. So beware, take pictures before you go there so you are not treated like a liar!! Furthermore, I was told that my tires qualified for a $70 rebate, which they don't.

Pulled in after hitting a giant pothole on the 401 bending a rim which was losing air. Car was fully loaded as we were on our way to go skiing. I had tires installed on rims here 2 months ago. It looks like the person used a flat head screw driver to remove the weights on the rim while balancing the wheel. The inside of each rim was deeply scratched and scored...looked like freddy crougar did the job. Not happy. Decided to sell the wheels afterwords. Will not be returning.

Haven't been in Brockville long, but these guys have been fairly decent to me so far. They've quoted me a little on the high side for some work my car needed, for instance 4.5 labour hours to fix a single CV joint on an 09' Lancer. I'm sure a lot of garages will quote something similar as it's the nature of the beast. If you need tires or something, I'd be more than happy to recommend them.

I went there to assist a woman in her sixties. The were pressuring her to get all the work to her brakes there immediately saying she couldn't drive it because it had no brakes. The price they gave her was exorbitant. I knew she still had breaks because I drove her there. I advised her to let me drive the car and take it to a trusted brake shop where she had the breaks done at a fraction of the cost. I don't know if the work there is satisfactory but will not go back
