Had my car oil sprayed here. Everyone is super nice and the service is quick and to the point. They have renovated the waiting area, making for a comfortable stay. The waiting area also has a viewing window so you can watch as your car is serviced, nice touch. Price was fair and the service thorough.I highly recommend this Keown location.

Today we took our 15 yr old car to be rust proofed and head light lens polished , the results are outstanding , the car looks "new" again . Beattie dodge...without a care put me an hour behind my schedule...which was going to nake us use taxis to get around town...if it was for good reason they did this fine but it wasnt. when we pulled up to krown for their appt...they rescheduled us to accommodate us and beatti dodges screw up on no notice and saved us from using taxis around brockville Give krown a big thumbs up and beatti dodge a big thumbs down for helping us.

After 12 yrs of loyalty to this business they have been a complete disappointment! The interior of my car was completely covered in Known product and more than 1/2 of the plugs were not even put back in my car. I had to have my car professionally cleaned as it was not drivable. The owner Dean was not willing to pay for the cleaning or refund us for the horrible job that was not even completed on my car! He is so arrogant that he will not even pick up the phone and talk to us, but instead only responded to one email!!! I would advise anyone that cares about their vehicle to NOT TAKE IT THERE!
