Went in for a wheel alignment, they told me they didn't have the tool to do the work but still charged me $90. The manager even has the same brand car but somehow didn't know my car wasn't serviceable until after checking the alignment.

We have had our oil replacement done here twice and 4 new top brand tires replaced. Found them to be super friendly and efficient and also the cheapest around. **Edit - Went in for an Oil change today (Aug 24th) and to get the tires they installed re-torqued but they wouldn’t Re-torque the tires because we have lost the card they apparently gave us. Very disappointed because they know who we are as we use them regularly, but are clearly trying to get extra money out of us. Also they removed my glove box and left it on the passenger floor. Will never use these guys again. Originally a 5 Star Review now a 1 Star

Went in with a tire issue, it ended up being unfixable (tire simply is too worn out by the sidewall). Workers were pleasant and helpful, giving advice about my options. After spending all that time to determine the issue they didn't charge me anything. I think that speaks for itself.

We were driving to Ottawa where we had a hotel reservation for one night before traveling on to Mont Tremblant, Quebec. A flat tire on the 401 delayed us and we limped into Brockville on one of those damned temporary spare tires around 4:00 p.m. It was getting "late" and staff wasn't available, so Canadian Tire, Walmart and other stores could not even look at our flat tire to determine whether it could be repaired. Finally, a Walmart employee suggested that we try Brockville Oil and Tires, which was just across the way. Best advice we had on the trip! They removed the tire, determined that it could not be repaired and, unfortunately, could not have a new tire for us for about 20-24 hours. As we were on vacation, that was not going to work for us. As an alternative, they give us directions about driving to Napean (Ottawa) on back roads, assured us (correctly) that the temporary would hold up if we drove slowly, checked our other tires and had us on our way. No charge and the very helpful fellow adamantly refused to accept a tip! We made it to our Ottawa hotel and Canadian Tire found a new tire for us the following morning. Vacation saved. Kudos to Brockville Oil and Tires for their outstanding help, even though they knew that they were not going to make the sale. If that is the way that they treat perfect strangers, their service to locals just has to be outstanding!
