Benson has been servicing our Motor Homes for years and it has always been a good experience. We always buy our tires from their tire center as well. They have now joined the ranks of service centers refusing to service Motor Homes. Truly disappointed.

Very poor customer service skills. Supervisor there horrible manners. I came of the 401. Back outside tire your was running very low on air. I ask for assistance. If they could inflate my tire. Manager proceeded to tell me no. I must pay for them to take tire off for them to look at it. I then proceed to ask one of the mechanic there; where is the closest service station from here. The manager then proceed to scream out no at me several times. Very money hungry. I would never ever take my truck to service there. A friendly trucker to another.

Went there 2 day ago to get an engine coolant leak fixed. They didnt change the hose, they just " patched" it (took over 1 hour). A few hours later... engine coolant leaking again...

After the service I received this morning I would highly recommend Benson Tire to anyone looking for help with tires. I walked in expecting to at the very least make an appointment. Would not go there again,had my vehicle for 6 days never informed me of anything,I had to call them twice and eventually was told vehicle was ready.Find out when paying bill,we couldnt do this,we couldnt do that etc.WHY didnt you call me & tell me during SIX days you had it?They charged $115 for an E-TEST guess what...it failed.Took it to another garage a week later and guess what....it PASSED..I watched the process and they charged $55:>)

Great service was able to order and get in within 48 hrs to have snows installed. Had a weight fall off and they took me in at my earliest convenience and fixed the problem. The staff was great.

Able to work on small lawn tractor tires all the way up to loader tires. Re-capping of tires also available.. from 16inch all the way to 20.5-r25 bead to bead. Can handle agricultural,industrial,all road vehicles. It's a place to go to be treated fairly and like family. Also attached to Beverly tire that offers great quality automotive repair and service.

Terrible service dropped my car off told me to leave keys in gas door called 5 hours later, to check see if it's done so I could go pick it up.he said oh ya we couldn't find the keys. they never thought to call just let it sit there and do nothing.
